There is a lack of customizations, and it can be difficult to determine how to make a form match a company's culture or outlook. There also can be struggles with exporting data once received.

JotForm sign is a great service that we used daily. We created a form that had several variables that we needed to know from the customer.

It was slightly difficult to figure out at first.

Easy to usen and customise, looks professional. Had to use customer support yesterday and the response was almost immediate.

Another useful feature is the tool can be embedded into websites, allowing them to be used as a legal document.
