Super easy to use for me and my clients. Everyone has been super impressed with how easy it is to use.

Wish I could do text reminders, even at the lowest plan. Emails sometimes tend to get lost or ignored.

When a patient cancels, there is only one alert and completely disappears from the calendar without warning.

Backend interface is a bit chaotic and complicated to get used to. Mailchimp integration does not work with GDPR.

So far, it has been a great experience. AS was recommended by a business coach I'm working with, and I've been very pleased.

It has a horrible appearance and is hard to follow sometimes. Appears very unorganized and jumbled.

They got back to me when I reached out to customer service and that really made me feel like I could highly recommend this service along with the positive experience I have had using the platform.

I like that you can sell packages and my desired package has availability for 6 employees. The Stripe integration is useful and it is easy for students to schedule a lesson.

I love how easy it was to create everything I needed. Although I am only using the free version, for now, it has almost everything that I want in it and it has been amazing playing around with it.

I love that Acuity is very robust and allows you to customize responses when a client/customer books with you. I also love that integrates with Instagram and Facebook for ease of booking.

If something is changed on my system, I have to sometimes update Acuity. I had some significant problems with Microsoft that temporarily derailed  Acuity.

It has a very fresh and modern UX, i love the styling. It's a good priced product and easy to set up.

Ll have to admit, in the beginning I was a bit skeptical because we could not get the basics started for the app.

Worst decision to buy this app. Credit card machines Loses connectivity every other day and it takes them 48 hours to fix it.

It is grate and Thanks for every time its helpful.

If there is no or slow internet connection is slows down and it might take some time to connect.

Signpad integration is not good & also sometimes due to franchise regulation, its quite a bit restricted.

Very ideal for a limited service/budget property, ipad made training very easy.

Once you experience this software you will find other softwares as more disorganized and abundant with steps to guidelines and features.

I don't like that when you bring up a date for arrivals or departures, it shows dates for before and after the date.
