The customer service is by far the best feature, as they're responsive even after hours and always willing to help.

GoCo has been a great addition to our HR department. It does a nice job of holding employee information, payroll, benefits, employee handbook and notes can be entered, as well.

I liked how accessible the service was via computer and mobile, particularly the user interface.

Overall the customer service and care has been amazing and this is a company that is continuously growing and adapting.

The only thing that I dislike about Goco is the way it gets buggy sometimes, especially their new features.

The time tracking data didn't work well for our company. We are a union contractor and unfortunately needed a more detailed system.

I hear that there are edge cases for our HR setup at the company that GoCo has trouble handling, but they aren't major.

The open enrollment saved myself and my HR manager over a month of traveling to administer benefits across 4 states.

I loved that it was very customizable and the implementation specialist were very knowledgeable about all aspects of the software.

I love how Goco is as user-friendly as any sofware could get, yet it has proven to give great results.

From my perspective, Goco is suffering new-startup syndrome where they overloaded their staff and make promises they can't possibly deliver.

I love that it integrates with our ATS (Jazz HR) so flowing hired over is super easy. Our employees have a lot of documents to sign upon hire and having it all done electronically makes life so easy.

They are *extremely* responsive to any customer input, and have a great support staff. THE best tool for the money, hands down.

For me ease of use is essential...customer care is exemplary...and they keep on improving the product and services.

Inbox emails: two things:  First: Responding to emails through my email account, it does not show in the Hire Hive platform. There was a lack of information when many emails were exchanged.

No Corporate Identity in e-Mails (wish look and feel set up functions like in Outlook Mails (Font size, color, font type, bulleted lists in CI design....) at the moment it looks unprofessional.

It has great a design making it very easy to navigate - Overall fantastic experience.

I was put off by many enterprise solutions that are available. Enterprise software looks awful and is impossible to get up and running.

Different user rights and setting - this is great and really flexible. Look and feel of job list (this covers our Corporate Branding Identity).

Every time we've thought of a feature that would be helpful we were pleased to see it was already available or that it was under construction, soon to be ready with the next update.

It enables me to post job openings, publicize them, manage applications, grade them, invite them to interviews, and keep track of all of our correspondence in one place.

The software is great and the team are continuously working to improve it and are willing to listen to suggestions and implement if at all possible.

Non-existing possibility to move a candidate from different Hire Hive account (country). Non-existing possibility to hide candidates that I don't want to see.

It was much more cost effective doing this and we had a number of employees at multiple sites comfortably using the system. Would definitely recommend.
