BenefitMall PayFocus has functioned as great HR software for our organization of just over 200 employees.

The reporting feature was very limited and there were other things it could do.

Needed a simple and cost effective payroll system for our small company.

The knowledge and courtesy has been a plus in my learning of the payroll system. Our account representative is one of the best I have dealt with.

Extremely  easy to use and wonderful set up  for both employer and employee.

Worked for a short period of time and then stopped. Tried to reset password e-mail never sent.

I had a horrible time setting it up in the beginning, and counted on them for a lot, which was set up incorrect.

Also, the internet customer support is excellent, which is refreshing now a days because good customer service is hard to find.

It was easy to use and the customer service support for software was great.

We have had a great experience so far with an easy and seamless transition. The on-boarding has been great.

The HR360 component is also a great resource in helping me navigate the new regulations and notices required by the goverment.

The customer care over the phone, in person, and via their online chat has been very helpful and went out of their way to help me navigate anything I couldn't figure out myself.

Entering data is quick and user friendly. The interface isn’t complicated and timesheets print out with ease.

Payfocus allows my team to keep each employee’s timesheet in point and calculate everything super fast and easy. Imwe havnt has any issues.

I'm typically getting complaints from my finance department as to the poor reporting from the system and corrections to the reports take more time and effort for an automated system.

The switch was driven by cost. What has impressed me most about Benefit Mall is that I am getting every bit as good a service both in terms of customer support and online efficiency and ease of use.

We have been much more organized with our details around pay being kept in a central location.

I enjoyed using PayFocus and the customer service staff was great.

One of  things I dislike is that the navigation menus or tabs are often confusing.

I love that it allows easy access and understanding of  tax processing, support, and the ability to manage HR tasks all from one place. Its perfect for our small business.

I LOVE that the reports are so easy to access and online chat is always available to help if needed. We have had a few issues in the past and the most recent took MONTHS to correct.

However, it has been a wonderful experience, everyone was VERY helpful and patient with me during my learning curve.

Fits the most basic of needs at a good price. It would be better if online timesheets were better.

Pricing is very competitive and has saved our non-profit a lot of funds when compared to what we were using previously.

Probably more of our problem, but the birthdays are not up to date.

Great solution having a dashboard that allows you to take care of mandatory employee needs. I loved how easy and quick it was to choose a Health Care plan all from the Rippling platform.

Rippling is super easy to use and very user friendly. The aesthetics of the platform are great.

The downside is just figuring out which ones to add in.

I also really enjoy the HR experience, the Payroll dashboard is really nice. The benefits dashboard is extremely clear and accessible.

This is literally the best customer service I've ever had. I cannot overstate how instrumental Rippling has been in helping me set up payroll.

I was very impressed with the ease in which I can split up my paycheck and adjust where the money is going.

The price of having such direct control over payroll is that any mistakes I make are on me.

There are many more affordable solutions with better interface and customer service.

This has ended up being about a $1200 mistake. I asked them to reimburse me the money themselves due to their error, but they told me to pound sand.

I love the timeliness of the emails on payday, and I love the ease of use when acquiring paystubs. Plus, the animations are fun.

They learn how to integrate, set a time table to make it happen and keep you posted on the progress along the way. The reporting in Rippling is amazing.

Overall love the program. The flexibility and ease of use for employees are great, making it a breeze to go through.

Rippling makes receiving your paycheck a little more exciting. The pictures/gifs are so fun and esthetically pleasing.

Everything must be managed via third party apps, which add to the price. Autoapprove fails for all employees if even one person, such as a new hire, is missing any information in their profile.

This combines almost every component related to HR into one system and is amazing for the price, has a bunch of integrations as well.

Rippling integration was super easy, and is so user friendly that no one has asked for help using the software.

I love how easy it is to use Rippling. It is clean and user-friendly and super easy to learn.
