Having independent contractors working for me, it is easy to track everyone's hours. Whether they are day players or on a project for the duration.

In the beginning and during selling phase supplier was very responsive and convinced me to choose this product to implement across the company.

What is worse is that support tickets were being closed on Sundays because I do not reply to them (Sunday is a weekend for us but not for them).

I like that I can track my time on projects and that it is integrated with Microsoft Teams.

The ease of use and inclusion of data and alteration of projects and activities as well as the reports are a highlight.

My overall experience has been excellent. It has saved me money to have accurate clocking of hours of my workers, especially because everyone leaves at different times.

It is easy to log in and out from your phone. It has multiple languages for users.

The end of the month reports are bad, I can never approve my report without help. Our workplace has a lot of flexibility with work days and hours and the system is not flexible.

At first glance Timeclock 365 is extremely appealing and the fact is built on top of Microsoft 365 is just a huge plus.

Testing from developers is poor - every time changes are uploaded I encounter broken functionality.

Feature rich product and flexible with fixed work patterns. Online and App are good options.

The software was good for us as we are a small company and the fact that it integrated with MS Teams was a bonus.

In general is it a complete solution that allows for saving time and money. Many reports are available, easy to use, and a way for timesheet approval by Supervisors and employees.

The software is very easy to use and straight forward.

Moreover, frequently one would find broken functionality after updates are implemented.

Full suite of features, which is what we wanted from time tracking software. We needed it more for the vacation tracking than the time tracking, but it does both well.

I hope it's better from an HR processing standpoint, otherwise there's not muse use in continuing its use.

I love the ease of reporting payroll to Asure and then all the (correct) calculations and deductions are handled by Asure and it's less stress on our company.

There's nothing clear about navigating the webpage once you're logged in-- if you want to quickly look to see how much vacation or sick leave you have left, it's not clearly put in front of you.

Like clockwork, Asure along with my CPA was able to complete quarterly returns and take care of payroll taxes.

We have been very satisfied with Asure Payroll & Tax Management. The proof is in staying loyal to them even when other companies have tried to get us to switch to their companies.

They never sent us termination forms or stressed that they were necessary when we told them that we no lonnger needed their services.

It's been great working with them since 2013 when I came onboard. Great to see them grow and evolve.

They make termination difficult. We stopped needing the service in 2021 and informed them of our last payrol date.

Asure bought out our old payroll system (Compass) which was admittedly antiquated. My GL imports have been broken since I started, and getting it fixed is impossible.

It gets the job done every payroll without any problems and without costing a lot of money. It's also easy to use and takes very little time to operate.

Again, there is little reference material to guide one through different scenarios that are easy to understand. No reference or procedure guides.

For the most part, it work out well. I overlooked an error in 2023 but it's something we look out for moving forward.

It is easy to use doesn't have too much complicated stuff. Straight and convenient to understand.

We told them we spoke on the phone with someone twice and they said too bad but their phone records don't go back that far so we can't prove it so they will not give us any money back.
