There is not something that I particularly dislike when using this software on my laptop, but it is more difficult to select timings for a booking on a phone.

I particularly like the way the information is displayed, it makes it very easy to see what to book and how to book it. Far better than other platforms I have looked at.

Our department has been using Bookkit for a month and, so far, all the users are really happy with it. It is a clear step forward that is helping everyone using our facility.

The inability for users to edit their own bookings AFTER completion. The only way this is done is if they are given Admin access (which no one wants to do for a user).

The general ease of use, but more importantly, when needed, customer support was excellent.

It is perfect for managing shared equipment, especially now that social distancing requirements are in place. Also the customer support is great.

It appears a weird message (saying that I should do that alteration in a specific time) and it prevents me from changing it. Little emphasis in the marketplace.

The ease of use for not only the administrator but the users.

No mobile compatibility due to the ‘click and drag’ functionality of the calendar.

Using Bookkit has been a great success; both from the operators and user perspective. The benefits have been seen by all.

The product is user friendly and easy to learn.

Very happy with the service, it can be used at a departmental level for shared equipment and new individual labs can be created easily for PI-specific equipment.

I was quickly able to offer up an easy to use system and the price was right: FREE.

The most important feature is how easy it is to use, not only as a researcher/user, but also as an administrator.

The worst thing about the software is probably the notifications that the software gives the administrator.

We loved how easy was to implement it and we have started to explore other possiblities (external service, costings).

The software has many nuances in which you can explore and fine tune to suit your needs. I love how much time it has saved us as a rather small organization, but we have to manage many residents.

It did in a pinch, but the product is improving rapidly.

Ease of set up, ease of use, flexibility, fulfills all our needs for equipment and space booking.

I like the feature of back booking, and the report is simple to understand, and provide enough information for us to value the usage and benefits of certain equipment.

Very useful for lab management, especially when you have a range of equipment to be shared by different users. The report is very useful to get an overview for the usage of various equipment/services.

The was an easy to roll out product. Customer support is excellent; they are quick to respond to an inquiry, and equally fast is a resolution.

I really do not have anything to moan about yet however, am still working on brining other departments systems onto this platform.

We have found the technical support to be very impressive and helpful whenever we have needed assistance or guidance.

So far so good - we have been pleased with how quickly we have been able to integrate the platform into our labs and it has met all our needs so far.

This software is FANTASTIC and the customer and technical support is EXTRAORDINARY.

Managing a central system is the least of your worries due to the seamless and integrated workflows that free scientists to concentrate on their research and innovation.

Specifically, we are impressed with its ability to trace the entire genealogy of our samples in our organization, allowing us to easily track sample and donor data effortlessly.

I am very pleased with the availability of  Cloudlims, and I am even happier with the reasonable price. Excellent product it works great for the price you can't beat it.

The customization of the interface. Customer support and training CloudLIMS provides.

It is easy to navigate, good sample tracking, Looks better than other LIMS software I have used and has a multitude of features.

They have great customer service and technical support, ensuring customers feel comfortable and competent to use the application.

Sometimes it can be a bit slow and it is hard to delete samples if they are added by mistake.

We use it throughout our process to track samples and data. It really improved our efficiency and accuracy.

The user interface is friendly to the users and it is quite colorful. Access tabs are easily accessible and it can be easily accessed from any web browser without a dedicated application.

I don't need or fully understand a handful of the options. Because there were so many options, I found it difficult to go in and customize forms or presentations, for example.

The customizing process can be very long and tedious. There is no utilization of templates where we can copy something already edited and paste it over existing template.

Excellent, they are a great team handling an excellent product.

I like how everything is online and easily access to all my data, information, samples, and inventories.

The ability to log sample storage locations and keep up to date inventory on our samples saved us so much time and effort.

The reason why I say this is that there are some issues, takes time to do the setup/implement and bugs that occur. But the software, customer service and the ability of customization is great.

The support staff is very responsive. They are able to assist in all the changes that we request of them.

Their knowledge, dedication, and commitment to our success makes CloudLIMS an outstanding management system in this highly competitive industry.

Easy to use, great for storage of large amounts of data.

Overall my experience with the software has been positive. Easy to use, and increases efficiency when compared to other systems.

There isn't much to criticize. I discovered that learning how to customize CloudLims could be difficult for beginners.
