I like that once you are tracking client's goals it is easy to go in and track progress.

Practice Fusion was very easy to set up and very user friendly to utilize.

I tried to cancel my subscription within 25 days of signing up with them and they said NO. They are dishonest and will hold you to this even if you are completely unhappy with their product.

The mobile version is also really terrible, but very rarely used so not a big deal. I also HATE that they are not integrated with anyone other than Updox for a patient communication platform.

Overall great system for the price. We chose to stay with them when it went from free to subscription because it was so user friendly and the cost affordable.

So  there  health maintaince  is horrible as is  getting labs  and  investigations  to the chart  in the patients  chart.

For our therapists, Practice Fusion has always allowed a highly customizable chart note function. From the billing side, there is room for improving automating charting to superbilling.
