Horrible set up and scheduling is a joke. The scheduling is far from user friendly and the set up of the scheduling is awful.

I reccomend them to no one, if I was not in the situation I am in now, I would have been left. It messed up my financial balance horribly.

I recently switched from Nuemd because we were having a lot of problems both with claims and with their customer service.

That feature was very helpful across our practice since our verification and billing was a separate department than our scheduling and reception. Billing was no complicated and user friendly.

No one will talk to you everything is a battle with them.

CMD is a billing system. If you are looking for a more robust scheduler and other enhancements you may be disappointed.

Collaborate works in sync with Practice Fusion, which is the electronic medical record side, and for the price, it is amazing software.

Collaborate MD is a billing software which is low cost and easy for people who are not the most computer savy to use.

I did have problems with setting up claims initially. Unable to check for insurance eligibility.

Up until CMD was bought, the customer service was amazing.

The fact that it freezes a lot and takes a while for it to start working again. Also, sometimes the reports would just stop working and not pull correctly for no reason.

I love the ability to print multiple charts at one time.

The programming is intuitive and each section of a patient's account, such as patient data and claim data, communicates together (which improves ease of use and decreases labor costs).

The implementation went very fast. The data entry took about 2 weeks because I was doing it alone, but since our providers only see about 30-40 patients a week, it wasn't horrible.

Too much frustration and confusion, and not enough integration with Practice Fusion.

The ease of use and the Help Section is soooo good if you need help with almost anything claims and payment posting issues.

Limited to one clearinghouse, does not have EHR included.

The company is great, the people are helpful. The software is overpriced and clunky.

The inbuilt marketing functions are absolutely dire and Mindbody doesn't integrate with anything (it's not even on Zapier) so you'll struggle to build a great marketing machine using it.

I cut my losses and canceled the subscription very early after realizing how little help it was in my area.

I mainly used this through my iPad and there were some minor issues where it didn’t seem compatible with the iPad and I would have to navigate the site in a an odd way.

Mindbody is missing several key features such as double-booking options and the option for memberships is pretty difficult to use. MBO is very hard to train new people in using.

Very good experience with Mindbody, it helps me stay in shape and I love all dance classes. It always worked very well for me on my pc, for now I did not use it on another device.

My experience was $500 per month at two locations of nigthmares, frustration, and apologies for clients.

It's a great app when you gym has this kind app for the booking of their gym's class.

The only thing I don't like about this software is how hard it is to find all of your different studios' schedules.

Their staff team is also super helpful and they have many seminars and resources to help build your business.

This software is easy to install and has great customer support if you have questions. It simplifies booking appointments, adding inventory, taking payments and scheduling.

It was the worst experience, afther that company, I had hired another that did the programming in 2 days and I was using it in 3 days at the 50% of the cost.

I took mine via zoom and it was very easy to enter and participate. This is inexpensive (even free if you choose) and you get to stay fit while having some fun.
