The ability to embed Healthie into my website in various ways took the need of a web designer out of the picture and I was able to build the website myself.

With Healthie, I can manage my clients pretty much with my phone throughout the day. It continues to become a better app every month and i am excited for the integration of retail sales next month.

That of course, is when my clients could actually access the forms in their portal, which most of them could not. Customer service was horrible.

I also like that while no one is perfect, Healthie customer service is always open to more improvements. I've even seen ones I have asked for put into place.

Sometimes ingredients are hard to find so I take replacements.

Assistance with building forms is also very good.

No option to send e-prescriptions is a problem.

Great on admin side, could greatly benefit from a better user experience for clients.

The system is super user friendly. It is a quick and easy format to communicate with patients.

I love how user-friendly the platform is, and I love just how many features there are -- billing, telehealth video, food journaling, client communication, etc.

I like that this software is easy to use and easy to explain to clients how to use the different functions and navigating the platform.

The constumer support is by far #1 reason why I love Healthie. They are always there with quick answers to questions and from my experience, are quick on the draw to fix bugs and make new updates.

I used to advocate for SP as an EHR because they did a wonderful job of making things easy on therapists.

This software encompasses everything I need to run a private practice; from initial forms and scheduling to compliant note keeping and billing the ease of use is outstanding.

Forget about getting your own records, there is no way to downlead client demographics or information.

New plan requires selecting by deadline OR they will hold all your clients information hostage and restrict all access to even their demographic information which is illegal and unethical.

I am excited to see how the the customer service support conversation will go, hopefully it will help me understand how to have intake forms.

I chose this mostly because I am allowed to customize and create templates for progress notes and intake forms. Also love the ease of use and cost.

I have a data base now that I use who program is awful and childish but they are able to create the reports I need. Its sad this program is missing the one thing i need more than anything.

Making changes and creating templates is very easy and simple to do. Our team really has enjoyed the sync feature of the calendar with our G-suite as well as how easy it is to do billing.
