I spent two months researching EMRs and picked this one as the best one for the price. I have been very happy with it.

Their customer service is better than most. They strive for perfection and are always there to help.

Otherwise, they charge you $10,000 for a single template. Mapping your ICD10 and CPT codes is ridiculous.

I couldn't be more pleased with Waiting Room Solutions. The system is so easy to navigate through.

Our A/R is very good and we’ve shown improvement. WRS has reports that help us to keep track of claims that are pending and find out the reason why they are still unpaid.

I am impressed with the integration of the EMR and Practice Management because it eliminates the need for third-party proprietary interfaces linking one company’s module to another.

I only have to point and click. Instead of being tied up with the medical records and documenting everything, I am free to respond to more questions from patients, and that improves patient care.

Need more individual functionality (e.g. my phrases, individual email from the portal) for practices that have multiple users. Need to be able to ERROR notes made in ERROR.

Since I implemented WRS they remark how good this system is and that this is better than what they are using at other health care practices where they are doing their rotations.

I find the system to be helpful and accommodating. The Meaningful Use analysis is wonderful.

I was searching for an integrated EMR and practice management system with a billing capability. One of the things that impressed me was that Waiting Room Solutions is easy to use.

Inability to archive diagnosis and problems without deleting them. Inability to make your own templates.

Appointment reminders had links to wrong sites. Support never responded to clients who had opened tickets.

No option to turn off scheduling or note taking features so you and client don't get prompts. No whiteboard feature despite being advertised.

Wecounsel is easy to use and has great resources on how to get connected and best practices for doing mental health therapy online.

I can access people who would otherwise not have the means to make it into a mental health session due to physical and/or geographical obstacles.

WeCounsel has a foundation that is excellent. The weaknesses are in the price and technical ease.

Also, sometimes the video quality isn't the best. But overall i find that it is great for the value.

It ended up being a very costly and ineffective venture. I would never ever recommend this company to other small mental health practitioners.

Value for money is difficulty to assess when I am getting double charged every month.

I love the directory option in WeCounsel, especially for therapists attempting to build their clientele lists at the beginning of their practices.

This is a great tool for therapists and allows them to join its community and expand/improve therapists' tools and effectiveness.

And when we have to quit a session and re-enter due to technical problems, it's even more confusing because WeCounsel thinks you're double-booking.

It is simple to use and reliable. I recommend this platform to anyone seeking to add telehealth to their practice.

Their customer support is outstanding and they are always listening to their customers to make a superior product.

I dislike the slide bar on the charge page to set the fee.
