Company is so big that left hand doesn't talk to right hand so projects ie ACA were a catastrophe. The recruiting module is worthless, slow and antiquated.

It's a bit on the pricey side. The free trial will no doubt pull a person in.

At times, there is no proper change management at their end and changes have been implemented without intimation and proper testing causing a lot of trouble.

This is what happens when you think you're too big to fail. Get it together Carlos or your competitors are going to eat your lunch even worse than they are now.

Invest in the onsite set-up help for things like workflows and best practices. Also, attend as many of the free training courses as possible.

It can take some time to get use to and learn but when using integrated functions it can server quite useful.

Had a very nasty interchange with a Representative because they were very rude when our account got locked. But somehow we managed to get everything back on track.

Tutorials are rather lengthy and should get to the point. Can be hard to find a specific tutorial.

Very expensive and they don't deliver what they promised. Integration was very painful even from one of their own platforms to another.

We went ahead and purchased them, which was costly, only to find out after countless hours on the phone with support and many frustrated employees, that ADP does not support that tablet.

This software is so user friendly. You have access to so much important information in a matter of seconds.

ADP Vantage has been a solid system. I would rate it as one of the better payroll/HR systems we have utilized.

Easy to use, never had issues, widely known, great customer support, multiple functions, mobile app available.

Vantage is basically a hub for all your ADP service that you have like benefits, reporting, and recruiting.

I like the new layout of the website. I like how you can see your pay, time, the amount of hours that you have accumulated.

Lack of customer service at times, lack of availability. Lack of knowledge of the Employee Service Center.

I really love the Payroll Services in this product.

Also , it helps management get a complete view of the employee productivity along with other business metrics. Being competitively priced, it is definitely an option worth considering.

It's like Facebook for task management. The best thing about Asana is surely design, it is minimalistic, beautiful, smart and goal oriented.

Asana has a super friendly user interface that makes task management far more joyful than other competitors.

Asana is a great software it keeps things easy and clear to follow...the way it has listings  and timeline helps to navigate through the activities I also like how it tracks milestones of a project.

Right now it's a mess, and I'm sure that has more to do with us than Asana. We're 80 people, we're on the way to be 200, and I'm worried about how much crazier it will get.

It crashes some times and it kicks me out of my account at least 3 times a week, which can be very annoying and frustrating.
