I have only used it for 3 months and so far so good. Customer service is pretty good with things that they can answer quickly.

I love having the support staff to answer questions and helping with learning the program. Love the online payment portal for tenants.

For bookkeepers the easy integration of Xero and Quickbooks online is fantastic.

Hard to set up late fee charges for each unit. Even tenants paid on time and their balance is $0, the software post late fees and no option to modify settings.

We previously used another one and Buildium is so much more organized , easy to use and the support is amazing.

For accountants it is frustrating with the reports. For our owners it is even more frustrating.

It has also been glitchin from time to time and that can delay applications and tasks and it's very frustrating.

Our owners know they are in good hands when they can easily see where there money is spent and feel confident that we are protecting their investment.

Sometimes we type in a name and it doesn't come up, but other times it's there. It's hit or miss on the search feature not working properly.

They the expectation wrong, which can lead only to lack of preparation and difficulties to implement. Onboarding team is rushed and does not provide enough support.

Clients get confused as they think that means the application fee is being charged before I, the processing agent, even sees the application.

Their tech support has been outstanding over the years. I highly recommend this product to any landlord or property manager.

Easy to navigate and love the way everything integrates.

Ease of staying on top of maintenance and rent/fees. Love that I get notifications when something is overdue or when a tenant submits a maintenance request.

Buildium is an awesome program to record and track tenant payments, issues, maintenance requests, etc. For the most part it is user friendly.

Great program, I came from TOPS and this is more affordable and easier to use.

Great product,  user friendly,  easy set up,  reliable and convenient. Great for any size business.

So comfortable to use from filing to email/texting collecting rent this is an awesome software.

I really love all the features buildium has from all the information we input in to it and it makes it all so helpful from top to bottom.

There are a few items that seem so obvious to have, but are missing. I can't customize reports, which is a real bummer.

Without the great service that we used to enjoy, I find myself thinking more about price shopping. There are other good software options, what we were in love with was Buildium's great support.

Although the customer service was amazing. They always answered my question as best as they could and would spend even hour(s) on the phone with me.

I am not familiar with accounting and have problems sometimes.

Many nicely laid out functions, good tech support with any issues or questions, easy to use and teach new team members, integrated inspection app, has a mobile app function.

If you accidentally miss a document or upload them in the wrong order (as is required in my agency) you have to delete them and start all over again.

I liked the layout of the program as well as the note system. It just did not have enough functions to be useful in our operations.

They build a great web site, we also have a mobile web site that is great. The cost is less than what we were paying with our previous company.

Having to add the information again once it is in the system, is sometimes difficult.

CRM integration is perfect. As part of a large user group features are available that could not be afforded if building an individual website.

They were so rude and unprofessional that I contacted one of their competitors for assistance after months of no response from live Rez.

Also frustrating is how rates are managed. You can set seasons, but it is damn near impossible to adjust the rates for specific days.

Though I have no experience with competing products, the LiveTrust software seems to fantastic so far and should simplify my bookkeeping.

However, I am still struggling to use/edit aspects of our listings in the software and I've been a user for over eight years.

We are talking about thousands of emails from our company alone which caused lots of frustration both from our guests, employees and owners.

Great implementation and support - so glad we've come back to LiveRez.

I really like the interface of the software, very user friendly. Easy to create properties, and great website, with great dynamics.

Intregation process was easy. Ease of daily use and functionality.

LiveRez is so close but is to clunky and can fail at times with it's accounting features.

The support staff is wonderful for any issues, the team at LiveRez is great in any kind of help you need in a fast manner.

After several months of radio silence from live Rez we disputed the charge and filed a complaint with the  BBB.

Customer Service was always willing to lend a helping hand when we needed assistance.

I had some issues in the past regarding communication, but after having some conversations with higher ups, it feels good now. I feel that the responsiveness has improved a lot.

Good communication from company. Reasonable buy in price and fair ongoing performance based charges.

The website offers an inviting presentation to visitors and we have received numerous compliments on the ease of use and structure of the site.

They work hard like we do in our own company and stay with us until we work through all the tough steps and processes. Live Rez is a true partner not just sign you up, take your money kind of partner.

There are some great features and they have great potential. I'm tied to it because of the amount of time and money I've put in, if I had to do it again right now, I wouldn't sign up with Live Rez.

While these things are good, they don't quite make up for the cons.

I love that the website and reservation system are integrated. I also love the CRM and the iCal integration for our VRBO calendars.

The support on the other end has been awesome. Special thanks to the team for helping us transition from a different platform smoothly.

They are quick, patient, kind, and funny. My 4 star review of Ease of Use is that the system can be a tad tricky.

He guides this company surrounding himself with people that make him look good. We are thankful to be a Live Rez partner and highly recommend them to anyone in the vacation rental business.
