- This is a team of people that truly care about your success. They listen to your suggestions, they want your feedback, and they may even implement your ideas and features.
- I feel very supported by them. Another great feature is the ease of use, which is critical to those of us not schooled in accounting.
Cons
- Not only did they take my suggestion seriously, but they also told me that they would pass the request along to their development team to get that change on the schedule.
- Not sure I'm supposed to know it but I guess that option is coming).
Pros
- The Customer Support,(is excellent, very nice and helpful. Cost of program is great value.
- They are available to answer our plethora of questions via chat, email or phone and have a great set of articles for self-guided help that answer many questions.
Cons
- Only con I have found is that if you run a report on the screen and leave the report section, you will have to totally rerun the report rather than just refresh.
- The messaging feature has caused us miscommunication with our tenants and comes across unprofessional so we abandoned trying to use it. Messages will not bounce back if an incorrect address is used.
