I have to use Stessa to manage the LLC because some key features are missing.

M able to track all invoice due and percentages of payments received. Auto apply late payments charges.

It is a bit costly for tenants if the pay with CC and there is also a fee for ACH. I would cut the ACH fee, that way you can compete with Cozy.

The software is FREE!!! and yest the customer service treats team me like I'm their ONLY customer. I am very happy with everything.

I am very satisfied with Innago, it has all the services I need, and specially the personal assistance for a few tenants that occasionally need help to set up their account.

I like the fact there is a very slick looking app for tenants. This helps me provide a more enjoyable and professional experience for them.

The maintenance request feature helps keep a paper trail of work done. The reports generated are helpful year end and there are many, many more features that I love.

Innago is a fantastic software. You can pretty much do anything you'd like and if you are unable, Innago will help you resolve that issue/concern quickly.

Cons are difficult to comment on as Building Stack is growing as we use this tool.

Because of this, I have been able to focus on other parts of my business which had previously been neglected.

The ability to have our entire team connected in one area is allowing for more seamless sharing of work and information.

The lack of an accounting module within the software.

In only one clic I can change the price of an appartment in 6-7 websites (kijiji, kangalou, walkscore, ...). Also, tabs and design are pretty simple to use and understand for a new user.

Whenever there is an issue, they are always there to help you out and help you solve the issue. The application itself is pretty well organized and it's simple to find things.

Payment charges are too expensive. Tenants are starting to pay with E-transfer using.

Their online payment platform works great. The support staff at Building Stack are awesome.

It is very easy to use and it easily links up and communicates with the other program we use (Yardi). I would highly recommend it for use in the Property Management industry.
