It suits all my needs, whereas previously I needed several solutions, Innago does it all

After researching and demoing all the competitor I settled on Innago for the comprehensive suite of services they offer, no one else comes close.

The accounting feature doesn’t yet pull in bank transactions for you to reconcile transactions but I’ve been told that feature is on the way.

Before Innago I was managing my properties in multiple files including excel spreadsheets. The features offered are essential to my business now, I hadn't realized how much work I was putting into managing my properties before I started using Innago. It's saved me time, helped me better track my expenses and record keeping. Its extremely helpful.

The overall use of use and functionality. All of the features in Innago are used in the daily management of my business properties. Navigating the different pages or sections is easy, you can find what you need by clicking on the different categories. Innago helps with the basic accounting and tracking of income making it easy to transition into documentation for tax reporting.

It would be helpful to be able to import/export data more easily. I'm big on using spreadsheets, having the data download into a spreadsheet would be an improvement.

Can they make you a website? Yes, they can. Can you Ensign contracts etc? Yes, can sign leases online. Free Online applications. Rolled out in next 30 days. Tenant screening? Yes. Partnered with Transunion. Does it publish vacancies? No marketing of units. Doesn’t post to any renting website. App? No app for the phone yet. Tenant communication - only through the portal and/or email them No Owner portal. Only one signal sign on.(can’t have multiple sign ons), but you can set up accounts by owner. Does accounting sync to a bank account? To QBO, and multiple accounts can sync to one QBO, maybe? Renter insurance accountability? Nothing yet. Looking into it.

I love how their pricing works. It's a free product to use, it only costs you when a client pays through their system. They are definitely for the value driven.

Only one signal sign on.(can’t have multiple sign ons), but you can set up accounts by owner. If you have multiple owners of different properties in your portfolio, you will need to set up an individual account for each. Hence why it is only good for small business or personal rentals. They don't have a lot of the features other software's like it has, but it has the core main few.

Innago software is very simple and easy to set up and use. This benefited us greatly because we have a small rental property so far and we can track our tenants rental payments and they can make their payments online. They can also notify us of maintenance issues and we can update lease info right from our account. Very Satisfied.

I hope as they continue to update their software their phone app becomes more functional as the website.

Innago has completely streamlined my property management and given me hours a month of my time back.

As a self-managing landlord of 12 properties, collecting rents via check, Venmo, Apple Pay, etc was costing me hours every month. Not to mention, the headaches it cause for my bookkeeper. Not only does it track all of my leases, invoices, and payments by property, but it also gives my tenants several payments options so I'm not caught holding the bag when times get rough. Their support is amazing too. I had some questions initially on the platform and they got on the phone with me and walked me through it all. I honestly can't believe it is free.

If you don't know where to look, it can be a little tricky to find some features. Reporting and Invoicing, for example, weren't in immediately obvious locations.
