We did advise adding 2FA onto your account and, without it, due to a breach of your email, it's true that someone was able to access your account and reroute funds. We did identify this issue and ask you to confirm that the bank destination was accurate. After you said it was, we sent the funds. It turns out that it had not been properly reviewed. The funds were not recoverable and we did pay you $2,500 out of our pocket. We wish it was a better outcome but this is one of the reasons we now require 2FA protection on accounts.
