It's like Facebook for task management. The best thing about Asana is surely design, it is minimalistic, beautiful, smart and goal oriented.

There is nothing a find to criticize in a negative way from this product, by the way.

Asana has a super friendly user interface that makes task management far more joyful than other competitors.

Asana is a great software it keeps things easy and clear to follow...the way it has listings  and timeline helps to navigate through the activities I also like how it tracks milestones of a project.

I like the ease of use and the simple platform, very good teaching tutorials. Ans FREE Forever, I must add there are upsells, But again they are VERY affordable.

Asana is super easy to use, fun with all the colors and functionality and helps keep me on track.

The user interface is great - it's easy to jump in and start using it, and then to get better at using some of the amazing features of it.

Pleasant interface, great potential, but there are other (free) programs that do more and have better integrations for Project Management.

The iPhone app is fantastic and an absolute must. The ability to connect the inside teams and outside teams together is a huge help.

We love Asana's capability to integrate seamlessly with Google drive for ease of setup.

The price and opportunities this tool bring is a great way for any team to keep organized whether it is a very large event or a small quick project.

This can be frustrating because you are only able to see conflicting requirements in the Timeline view.

It's an amazing task management system. The customer support is also great.

All tasks are effectively overseen. Asana has been an incredible execution to our group permitting us to remain focused on the endorsement progress for each logical exploration.

It is one of the most complete softwares that has been a great implementation to our research protocol approval progress.

The whole application left me indifferent or even slightly repulsed. That sounds really harsh when I write it, but it's the truth.

This product is easy to use and integrate across different teams. There are many setting to help notify you on progress of a project and the mobile app works flawlessly as well.

It can be confusing - and overwhelming. So many features that you can get lost just in features.

The ability to structure my projects into specific areas to keep track of my working progress is priceless. To have a reliable platform to resource all my information saves me hours of work every day.

When I miss a task with a repeating due date, in order to bring it current it appears I have to mark it complete for every day that was missed. This can be tedious when coming back from a vacation.

Asana has been an amazing tool for keeping our processes efficient and transparent, and we've set up teams shared with some clients so that they too can be aware of our progress on their projects.

I hate missing my deadlines and it's annoying to see those subtasks that keep going back even when they're marked complete.

As a community manager and strategist and sole contributor, having a robust task tracker is essential so that I can be successful at my job.

Right now it's a mess, and I'm sure that has more to do with us than Asana. We're 80 people, we're on the way to be 200, and I'm worried about how much crazier it will get.

It crashes some times and it kicks me out of my account at least 3 times a week, which can be very annoying and frustrating.

I like the ease of use, fun colors, and the simplicity of creating projects and tasks.

I would say I am happy overall. Great product and have got the customer support whenever I needed.

The ability to switch a project from columns to lists to calendar with ease. The customer service is incredible.

Nonbillable time shows up on the billing reports and I'm told I just have to live with it. Clients upload documents and they show up in the wrong folders.

Implementing Mango with the help of the technical staff was virtually seamless.

I find it difficult to create a report that would rank my client's from largest to smallest for billings or collections, which to me, would seem to be a basic of this type of software.

Our experience has been extremely positive, and we absolutely made the right choice for our small (4-person) firm.

We appreciate how it flows and accomplishes so much with ease. There is definitely a learning curve, but that is common with any seriously good software.

All credibility was lost when we spent hours on calls that ended in frustration with never getting to actually demonstrate a signature capture.

Current support for Mango Billing is horrible. It took support 4 months to get back to us about an import error that we experienced at the beginning of tax season.

I have always felt like they are a small business where every single person you talk with actually cares that you're happy with their product and able to use it to it's full potential.

Also a massive plus has been the extremely responsive tech support team, which we did not anticipate. Most querys are solved with a quick in-app chat.

So easy to use and customer support was so helpful in training and set up for us.

They are extremely knowledgeable, quick to help, comprehensive, incredibly patient, and will help you with whatever questions you have, no matter how many times you ask.

We have invested a lot of time and money into Imagine Time and I hope it is still implementation stage to allow for a better result in the coming years.

The Message function is terrible, half the time the documents could not esign within the system in the middle of Tax Season which made using the software cumbersome.

Conversion was a breeze, as the Mango team handled that for us. We have been extremely happy with the integrated payment system, which is truly greatly improved our collections.

ImagineTime is very user friendly and easy to get around in.

Sometimes the icons in Outlook 2016 are not appearing. Then, I must waste time trying to send the files.

And it was so nice to come back to the same friendly voices I got to know originally.

Also, the pricing is very reasonable, support is easy to reach (and very knowledgeable), and the product itself works like it is supposed to.

You can email, attempt calls, leave messages... they're going to say their working on it but then never tell you what the problem is and why it's taking so long.

This is a good option for a smaller firm like ours (700 clients).

I think it is great for billing - invoicing and receiving payments is a breeze. Time entry is also easy to use and very helpful in our billing process.

It's a nice vision they have, but they are not there yet. Wait for the integration to really be there before purchasing.

I love the ease of sending forms for electronic signature, the fact that they automatically go to the client's file and stay there and that the client has access to the forms.

We were 'forced' due to a change in staff to implement before we really wanted to convert - but it would have been foolish to train new staff on OLD ImagineTime and NEW Mango.

The ease of backing up the data and the ease of the day-to-day use.

Document management is very buggy and not well integrated, and there are several little quirks that while minor due sometimes become annoying.

Customization/filtering  reports is limited, and often incorrect. Tech support/response has become slower (we waited 2 days to be able to print an invoice because the system was down).

Our time tracking has greatly improved, as all staff are being held accountable for their time - billed & unbilled. Capturing billable time to clients has always been a heavy concern.

Overall, I feel this has been a great product for us. It is awesome to be able to get files quickly and securely from my clients without using email.

This software was extremely easy to use. It integrated right into our email so our clients didn't have to log in to a portal to use.

Of course it cost us  billable time to implement but I blame this more on our decisions than Mango.

In 17 years I have never had anything but excellent technical support from Imaginetime, it is the number one reason I recommend their software over all others.

We love the structure of the product and the set up. It is fairly user friendly.

The implementation was beyond frustrating for me and my staff.
