I had it at a previous employer and I needed to get it at my new company as it is that important of a tool to help me stay ahead of what is going on each day in our market.

It covers almost everything like hashtag analysis, Demographics analysis and word cloud analysis. Data accuracy is also quite good than others.

It is great at monitoring media mentions and pull data from everywhere. There are many sub-tools of Sysomos which are helpful in finding the relevant search results of the quiries you're looking for.

I also think it could build in some more exportable quick reporting to help diversify the platform but it's restricted to what it can get from APIs from the various social networks.

I also think that their PR distribution (which is integrated into the platform) is better than what the other players have to offer.

If you are new to social media marketing and need a software that is easy to follow, Meltwater is one of the best on the market.

The scoring a leaderboard, we really don't use it because it is confusing and a bit complicated.

The fact it integrates with Service Titan so well is a 10 for us and makes it so it is easy for every customer to get touched with a question of, How did we do for You.

Also, navigation on the webapp can be difficult.

Overall positive, and, again, a HUGE part of this is how quickly support staff responds to any issues we have.

If a technician does not have a profile created on Pulse M, it still sends out a generic message.

It asks for the review & makes it super simple for the customer. Then we have all of the information that's been gathered to improve our customer service.

The set up is a bit confusing at times. It is hard for to remember all of the features that PulseM offers.

I like it because it's user friendly and the ream was great helping me set it up.
