M very satisfied with Booker. They are improving their service all the time.

I am stuck in Booker because I have been using it since 2014. My client data base and content are huge, they have been purchased by mindbody and I had hoped for an improvement, but its worse.

Wrong service and product history for clients that can never be corrected. Financial transactions that regularly crash.

Booker is a good product I have enjoyed using it. It's been a helpful part of our operation.

We had several manual processes and workarounds  to track and fix our data, but the auditing capabilities and ease of use make this system worthwhile.

Booker is great because I can keep track of my books even from home. I also enjoy being able to write progress notes.

The survey section is really helpful to hear from clients on what we can add or change to make their experience the best it can be.

It has good booking feature that notified employees and customers of appointments.

I have lost members because the software randomly double and triple charges them each month and doesn't represent it in the recent orders tab so it looks as if it hasn't.

Customer service is available - but they are often unknowledgeable and can only submit requests to development and they take months even years before they fix your problem.

Set up went very well and maintaining it is going well also. Customer service is excellent but haven't needed it much.

Even chirotouch is a better scheduler for a similar price, with superior reporting and accounting features.

I like how easy it is for customers to book and I like the Features of the marketing it is user friendly and very specific to the needs of the business and clients.

Customer service is fantastic, and tool is very intuitive overall.

I most like the convenience of the booker program. It is fairly user friendly too.

This  software  is  very easy  to  navigate. The software was very affordable at the time for my business.

CONSTANTLY has issues with loading. They refuse to refund my monthly payment for the software during COVID19 even though their business is run by businesses that are forced to shut down.

It's extremely user friendly and works really well. Clients can book appointments on the website and it integrates with booker.

Free and amazing for being free. Used it to keep track of clients, appointments, notes and even lets you keep track of inventory super easily.

That is doesn't  have a cancel appointment, you just have to delete the whole appointment. I want to be able to see the cancelled and no show appointments.

It is a great way to seek new clients and recruit exciting clientele.

If I put in say 9:00 it will randomly put in a completely different time. I usually catch it is change it before my client gets the wrong time.

I love the price how easy it is to navigate through and the feature that text clients for you is awesome. I love this product and do recommend it all the time.

So far so good I've been very happy with the app and the customer service.

The software is easy to use and I love the automated features of reminding and confirming my clients appointments without me having to prompt it.

I like that you can put multiple stylists in and it’s easy to use.

It's very easy to use and always at your fingertips. My clients absolutely love the booking confirmation and especially the reminder.

It doesn't synce with my calendar, so I have to enter my appointments multiple times. It  makes it inconvenient and time consuming.

We have one room to share with multiple operators to do pedicures. This app has been extremely helpful in scheduling that room so that no one overlaps.

So far it's amazing and it's helping me alot and the client's feed back is good.

I am very happy with my purchase of My Cuts. All my clients love the reminder and confirmation texts.

The way you have to cancel or rebook then cancel the previous reservation. I also wish there was a way for the client to book there on appointments online or on the app.

I have had clients find it very irritating that the app send that many more reminders the same day.

What I dislike the least; is that it doesn't give a weekly or daily money breakdown.

Love that it allows you to make so many custom changes like services offered and they different price for each one.

The reminders are great my clients love it gives them time if they have to reschedule. Also I love the cost its affordable.

So I am not overlapping clients'and I can schedule each client woth the appropriate length of time. Also, I am able to search them by phone number, which I liked.

Clients love the reminder feature. I am in control of my appointments.

There is no option for them to cancel their appointment if they need to.
