Its to easy to accidentally delete an invoice. Picture quality is horrible.

Maps are great to be able to schedule jobs in the same area if a tech is close by. Clients love being notified when the technician is on his / her way.

The best thing about this software is that it is super easy to work with, can put in notes for tech,customer,office staff, allows user to determine who they want to share the information with.

Dispatch offers a comprehensive infrastructure that helps us to manage the entire field operations.

Sometimes it fails to download pictures of the job resulting in having to go back to get model and serial numbers.

They are far too slow in keeping up with customer needs eg 1. There is no waitlist.

The easy use front end for the Therapists, but the powerful tools in behind to help run the business successfully. The remote access was also key,  full access via Kitombaone make life simple.

We love how extensive the system is- we can run reports on every thing we need, plus more. The customer service is great- they always answer our calls or emails very quickly.

Our account person  is super helpful and friendly, we get great deal of support, it's just unfortunate that some of the functionality is lacking.
