Their staff is friendly, hard working, and always available. With that combination, I don't know what else you could need out of a long term investment.

I like the ease of finding information for the students and being able to connect with the parents this way. Easy to pull reports that I can use to help with enrollment and decisions.

This was my first year as a teacher, and I loved using ALMA because I got the chance to put all the information that I needed in that Software.

Nothing stands out as a negative. I would be searching to find something that dissatisfied us.

Good, reliable functionality and meets all our basic needs at a reasonable cost.

There are some features that are missing. We have requested GPA-based grade calculation and some additions to transcripts that have not yet been implemented.

Alma is super easy to use. Having all the information you need in one place makes finding a student and their information quick and easy.

There are some quirks to the program that just make no sense. Little things here and there.

The screen where you choose reports is just a long confusing list. There's no preview of what the report is or looks like.

Even during the pandemic, the response time has been exceptional. The techs are supportive, humorous, collegial, yet professional.

This makes me feel that they truly want to improve their product. We are very new to using ALMA, but they have proved so far that we made a good choice.

Any error individual teachers make ascribing categories to assignments can only be corrected by erasing an assignment.

The system is solid, and has essentially every feature a smaller school like ours would want (and many more that we don't need to use).

Was the integration with your existing business processes easy. Teachers found it easy to use overall.

The one part that is disappointing is the link does not work with standards based grading. This problem does not stem from Alama, but is from Google not doing standards based grades.

There are several things I dislike about the software. The first one is with curriculum.

The customer services is amazing. Any questions I have I am able to reach out and they will problem solve and help me figure it out.

If you don't have those set up properly, then you're doomed.

There is a seamless integration with Google classroom and it's very easy to communicate with a single student, their family or the whole class.

I loved that our district made a deal to get a group purchase for ALMA so it made the price just perfect for us. ALMA looks beautiful and is an excellent tool.

Pros: Easy to use, great support and a good price.

There are emails with information about new features and how to integrate them. They have been extremely responsive to educators' needs during  COVID-19 homeschooling this spring.

For a school management tool that is cloud-based, I must say the ease of use and great customer service make it an ideal option.

Great program for student records, accounts, parent information and transcripts. Alma is quickly becoming one of the best programs for schools.

Alma integrates our administrative processes into one, easy to use program that both parents and teachers love.

You do not have to be technically advanced to work this program. Love the access to students, and parents and ease of access.

The user interface is exceptional. Ease of use is exquisite when compared to alternatives which make school management complicated and clumsy.

From the administration scheduling,  it's seamless integration with Google Classroom, easy custom reports, on-line student registration  and the awesome communication link with parents and students.

I do like the attendance feature and the assignment and gradebook features. My favorite part is the message board where I can send out one email to all my students and parents at once.

Excellent communication with between admin, staff and school families. A plethora of helpful articles and a very responsive tech support make Alma very easy and satisfying to use.

Our registrar is very happy with how the class configuration, grades, report cards, etc. work in Alma. Our teachers appreciate the ease of use and the integration with Google Classroom.

What I dislike is that I am unable to see my kids’ checkin times or what their CURRENTLY doing, until the day is over the report is final.

My child’s daycare used it and it was so cool to use. I love the features of this app and it’s very easy to use.

I couldn’t even change my time-zone. I find it very ridiculous that I am not able to edit or manage my own account without paying for the premium service when  I have no need for the premium features.

I like the home for ongoing reporting, format is easy to read, I like the messaging capability and ability to share pictures.

Very easy to learn how to use the app and super simple to use it as well. It also has many great features as you can view pictures, lessons and even pay tuition.

As a parents, I am glad we have this tool to communicate with the daycare staffs as well as getting information, pictures and progress of our child.

It brightens my day to see how happy my child is and how much fun she is having even when she is too young to tell me in her own words.

I like that the software is easy to use and mostly self explanatory, this application is easy even for the beginner user which is amazing.

HiMama is very easy to set up and begin using. The Support Staff are very helpful and always patient, kind and courteous.

I can share my daughter's journey with her and this is fantastic. I can also watch her and help communicate my matters with the staff with ease.

The software is super easy to use and it is very intuitive. I love the different resources that can be utilized.

Great customer service and each rep was very nice and knowledgeable.

It usually gets fixed within that period. Just miss seeing him during the outage.

Easy to use and I love the pictures that it shows of my granddaughter. It is awesome and I think all daycare/preschools should have this app.

The interface is very intuitive and it makes the very simple things that you need to do easy to do like communicating with your care providers. It has lots of great little things.

I love that my preschool uses it, love that we can message with ease and they can post pics and video throughout the day.

I love that I get a window into what our child is up to daily integration of video and photos plus meals. Let’s me know my son is on the right track.

Unfortunately when we had to leave the daycare (due to a move) I didn’t access the desktop version in time to save the videos, so we lost those - which I’m still a little sad about.

I love being able to track what my child is doing while I am working, without having to worry about whether or not he is happy or being taken care of properly.

I love this app and how easy it is. We switched from Tadpoles and I like this app better.

The price is great and affordable. Helps us manage ratios and have better control of our staffing.

I did not find a thing about this app that I could find wrong with or criticize.

Lacking some detail, information of loose or hard stools rather than just that child had a bowel movement.

You can’t put in a student our parents address we put them in notes which was odd, the billing aspect is awful you can’t connect families, no immunization record keeping.

Good support and beginning training from the company. Inexpensive tablets can be purchased to start up in center.

I like that this is a great way to have all the features you need when communicating with parents. You can send messages and even do billing.

Love that its easy to use and user friendly. Categories help when searching for photos, comments and messages.

Customer Service can't be beat. I'm not a tech person - very old school- but the helpline and customer service is the tops with this company and they won't stop until you're happy and confident.

I dislike that I am unable to see what my child ate and how long she napped for until the end of the day once the report is completed.

The ease of use and simplicity. I love being able to look back and see what my child’s day was like.
