We are so very happy with the results from our new ASAP childcare program. From the start, our training associate Shelley Mossman has been a fabulous instructor.

When COVID-19 forced us to cancel ALL of our programming, including all classes, community partnerships, and our major fundraising gala, ASAP did not make any reduction in our monthly bill.

The solution is robust and has all the features we need. The staff using the solution finds it friendly and it is easy to set up and get adoption from new users.

The user interface on the back end is relatively easy to navigate, once you've gotten used to it.

Great communication and information provided. Information was reliable, thorough and provided me with enough information to be able to make a decision.

It has been good to have the history of students at our finger tips. If you need someplace to keep your records it's good.

My biggest complaint is you can't try it out before you sign a 3-year contract. I have specific needs, which they told me they could provide for.

I have recommended this system to every organization I have worked for (past and present) and strongly encourage anyone interested in growing their enrollment and revenue to join the ASAP team.

Though switching to ASAP had a bit of learning curve from that, it has been amazingly helpful overall. I love that we can track credits, attendance, class completions, etc. all from one spot.

Too many complaints from parents/customers that the Apply to Total should be a button not just words so parents/customers don't miss it when they have a promo code.

Complete reports that enable fine grained digging. Outstanding customer service, very friendly support team.

Prior to switching to ASAP our organization used a clunky old Access database that forever had problems.

Some problems with our site wrap not following through all navigation instances. Browser compatibility through all browser types has also been a minor issue.

The reservations module is terrible. I have no way to book certain spaces for my instructors and have it reflect on the master calendar.

Ease and functionality of program for the multi faceted programs we run.

We were also told that any additional reports we wanted to build would cost a lot of money, so we've been stuck with the default reports. Our new software has custom report building built in.

We have had some occasional problems with errors in the middle of operations, both in house and for our online clients as well.

No option of selecting multiple parents to  message. Have to individually select which is time consuming.

It was a bit difficult to understand. But everyone is talking initiative to understand and learn.

Plus, if it was raining the papers were a mess. The school has the iPads at the reception that still allows for signature with the touch screen.

Showing the parents what are their children doing at school everyday and what time they took a nap or ate was lovely the parents loved it so much.

The most impactful features are the easy to navigate areas. To be honest when my IT personal were out, I didn't think I was able to handle this element of the Busniess.

We are very happy with the support team for every time fast reply.

Ease of use as a parent portal. Very well structured and good information design.

User friendly, clean and attractive interface, awesome features.

Good place to keep all info in one location with homework submissions to announcements.

What i feel missing is if the school cameras can be integrated with this app then this will be one stop shop.

Once I started to use it , it became pretty easy to use with its simple navigation and help sections.

Other than upgrading our kindergarten's standards by embracing technology and going paperless, Illumine has effectively smoothed our internal management as well as improved our organisation's system.

I like how easy it is to log on and to switch seamlessly to Zoom for meetings.

Sometimes the older messages disappear and i can't see it. If you log off and on , then it reappears.

My kids school uses this app and it has been really helpful in getting the details uploaded on the progress, joining the video calls daily and check messages from the teachers.

I would give 4 stars out of five. So that you guys can continue to improve the application and make sure it's best in class.

There is always a delay. The home page shows the meeting from previous day always for few seconds before you can actually see that day meeting link.

Need Internet connectivity which may be difficult when Internet is not available.

Easy to join meetings as you don’t have to open zoom every time. Access to plans and calendar are are a good feature.

Illumine was easy to use and very convenient. I love that I can communicate with the school efficiently and effectively.

It’s easy to use and has so many features , loved that the feature of adding videos and pictures T the same post was added.

Also a lot of followups on emails, SMS are saved by using this product. The experience has been great and their support team at times has gone out of their way to help.

UI of the application is good. User-friendly and easy to navigate even though there are a lot of content/windows within the app.

Overall is is great , good initiative to consolidate all of the schol information at one place. In short this is like an ERP system for schools.
