Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It is a great tool for those of us not in public education. I am able to use the free version of the gradebook to keep track of assignments/grades for my students. I love this product!

  • I love how easy it is to use and communicate with parents through. The customer support is also excellent!

  • Cons

  • uploading letterhead is a pain but we made it work.

  • Some of the screens are spread a bit too wide, but this problem is being corrected through continuing improvements.

  • Great value! The best customer service. Easy to navigate.

  • Sometimes Procare has issues with connectivity. They are usually resolved very quickly though. Their IT departments are great.

  • Although there is a report for almost everything, some times it may be difficult to sort out what you really need. Some times, there can almost be TOO many filters and features.
