  • Pros

  • It is very easy to use and customer support is great. I have tried many and fine Sakari to be the best.
  • I love that my potential customers can reach me 24/7 with questions. I am far more accessible to clients this way than my competitors.
  • Cons

  • It's a bummer some of the reporting needs to be set up through custom workflows.
  • I am using this software within Hubspot and I miss the fact I can't be alerted when a lead reply back, meaning I need to check each of my contact one by one if a response has been received.

  • Its easy to use and organized, can add multiple users which helps.
  • Our sales, service, parts and finance teams are all actively using this software with great success. We are grateful for the support provided with the software.
  • Cons

  • We were quite disappointed to find out our services were shut off due to an expired credit card. We had paid through for the month and we had no warning that we were going to lose services.
  • One issue that I do have with text request is that once someone opts out you can no longer contact them even in the case where you've made contact and they want to receive messages from you.
