Pros/Cons

Pros
The flexibility and the support are awesome - you could not really do any better. They are especially good when it comes to students conducting research.
It is extremely user friendly. Wizard feature is quite helpful. I am using this online tool for over few years. Never had a problem accessing it.

Cons
This software is good overall. Only thing is that i found the navigation little not user friendly which can be improved.
The basic free option is a bit limited, for the rest, it seems an excellent tool for consultation.

Pros
Easy to setup and customize. Nothing flashy here, but also not expensive. You know what you are paying for. This can help you get results quickly.
Super simple and easy to use Very user friendly

Cons
Worked well with Constant and Contact and NEON CRM but we did not find it as adaptable/integrateable with MS Access.
It can be difficult at the beginning to handle all the raw data, once you get a hang of it you will find how useful is all the information.
