The Raptor Visitor Management System has helped make our schools safer and has provided us with a common accountability for all visitors in our schools.

I use Raptor to sign in for work daily. It is probably helpful to management to see who is in the building, assuming they sign out when leaving.

We've loved everything so far. Customer service is great and the fact that they have videos to train future users is perfect.

It is easy to use, scan license, input name then print badge.

Support has been excellent. It has been a definite additional safety measure for all of our schools.

Raptor works great for school security visitor system.

I love that Raptor does exactly what it says it is going to do. It was super easy to talk to someone at the company and demo the product.

Easy to use and very fast; there is  a Batch version and a single entry version.

With so many Raptor users in our school district, having Raptor's technical support team provide direct support to our users has been a lifesaver.

But if you regularly check a batch of your constituents against the system, there is no way to quickly eliminate the match that already previously checked out.

Too many calls to customer service for refreshing/restarting/repairing. Too difficult to maintain.

The ability to print a common visitor pass district-wide and for the visitors to be tracked commonly by each school is also an added benefit.

Potential criminal histories pop up immediately with a text alert to key staff, like security and administration, allowing us to respond extremely quickly if needed.

More importantly, this gives parents and staff a great peace of mind for their school.

There is no unique identifier to compare previous batch checks with; but this may be the National system versus Raptor itself.

Raptor is fast and effective. Visitors bring their IDs, which our staff will scan, and then get a badge for their visit.

Raptor is highly effective in keeping schools safe, and especially offering parents and staff peace of mind, very needed in this modern day. A great investment for any school.

The pricing for Raptor was the best of the companies we solicited. It seems to work pretty well as long as all software and hardware is up to date.

SwipedOn has been great for swiping in and out of work for contact tracing. I particularly like the phone app.

Assuming everyone signs in as they are supposed to, we bring the tablet with us to take roll call  at emergency sites.

When I am away it is easy for customers or vendors to log on and an email is sent automatically to their phone or desk top.

We have quite a lot of staff and printing the whole list off takes a lot of time when the alarm is sounding and the fire warding is trying to get you out of the building.

Swiped on is a good system for tracking staff and visitors at site, it is easy to use and set up. Training new staff on the system use is fast and fuss free.

Simple, cost effective software that does exactly what it's supposed to do.

With this price, I believe this tool is a real gem. Customer Support is excellent.

My overall experience with SwipedOn has been great. The customer service is excellent, the price is great and the product is easy to use.

SwipedOn support team are really friendly and easy to talk / live chat with, always happy to help and generally resolve most issues within the initial conversation.

We love how easy and how little time this takes to use once set up.

We entered every tenant and their employees as an employee as well as our own staff, so we can easily track who is in the building and who they are there to see. Makes it perfect for contact tracing.

Great for ensuring who is the building at any given time. You also have the knowledge that if there are any issues you can call/ e-mail someone at Swiped On and your query is dealt with quickly.
