The speed trap warning needs to be worked on a bit and the redirect option is a tad buggy. Also missing some addresses.

Bad platform to understand, from some bad routes to the destination, sometimes can not find the correct location.

Good maps really help estimate how long it would take for me to get to my destination. Particularly, it helps me save my time by showing different routes and estimated time of arrival.

Overall, google maps has been an excellent product. The ease of use and functionality of it help it exceed expectations, putting it far ahead of similar products.

Information can be slow to load and it is horrible at predicting delays due to difficult left turns.

Wrong information, put us on streets that are not there, missing and sometimes gets lost. The area sometimes is rural and need to find streets with outlets.

Sometimes it looses signal and lags and May reroute me for no reason.

I love that you get access to so many bells and whistles for no cost at all. It's truly my go-to navigation app for anything and everything.

GPS signal lost all the time. Turn left at the next intersection, get to the intersection to find a bug sign saying no left hand turn.

Ease of use, quick customer service. When address of business needed to be changed, it was updated in a great time frame.

I trust it more than I do other map apps. It's not as clever as WAYS, but it still gives you good alternative routes.

They even include the current store hours, make it easy to read reviews and have the gas prices at the gas stations that pop up.

I don’t like how the voice in the navigation system be interrupting whatever’s being played on the device. And the voice is annoying.

On the iOS system, the application terribly weighs the batteries in the phone which results in a quick loss of energy.

The app can crash sometimes which can be frustrating if you are in the middle of driving. I do not want to pull over to fix it.

In general the experience is very good, with excellent navigation and with very complete information about various establishments on the route.

It is super easy to integrate on different websites and applications.

I love that it integrates with my Andriod Auto in my car. It's easy to navigate and love that it saves my places.

I love the live view of the app from where you are at. I love that you can track and see where cops and traffic issues are at now compared to Waze.

Sometimes critical additions to an email get lost in the audit trail  ALL discussions should immediately process an email to at least the administrative group overseeing the work orders.

Before Netfacilities, I was responsible for 6 locations  in putting the work orders in the system and generate orders to the Maintenance Staff.

Customer service is top notch. It's very intuitive and they are always making it easier to search for the info I'm looking for within my site.
