Most of the competition now only offers web browser based systems that are often clunky and slower to load, plus many require costly subscriptions with cloud-only licensing schemes.

Can be difficult to navigate if not familiar with all areas.

No way to do a custom report to get limited information instead of a large, long report.

The overall use is Friendly to use and very helpful.

It is easy for employees to request work orders through the web portal. Support has been quick to respond and done there best to help with out software issues.

Pros: Ability to link parts and services with assets. Ease of finding history with parts and assets.

This is an excellent program with outstanding technical support and training by Manager Plus.

There is no way to try a demo, they just show it to you during a Turbo Meeting. There are no downtime reports.

Easy to use, easy to understand, visually nice and clean.

The sole purpose that Manager Plus was selected was due to its supposed ability to integrate with Sage 300.

Overall experience has been great. The software has allowed us to track costs and services that we have never had ability to before.

Manager Plus is an outstanding maintenance program which is easy to use. It includes all the necessary requirements for a successful preventative maintenance program.

Great service, great training, great overall software concept but there are some quirks.

It is very confusing trying to keep up with all the PM's because the reset date was always set off the completion date.

Since purchasing the software, no one from the Sage Integration Team responds to anything. We are paying for a product that doesn't do as  claimed.

Dealing with those who represent ManagerPlus has been difficult at times. The lack of response and a sense of urgency are lacking.

Poor knowledge of the industry and product on the implementation side of the company, and complete disconnect on the sales side of the company after they received their funds.

The customer support is terrible. They are slow and do not communicate well.

Great program and the customer support is wonderful.

Difficult to correct any set up mistakes after program has been populated.

Make it more user friendly and faster , that's it I have no more do not feel like writing a book what I like about it is here short and sweet.

Training was very through and really knows the product. Version Upgrades can be a pain.

I download to Excel and generate from there. It's disappointing that we pay for it and really are not able to utilize it.

My only complaint is I didn't find this product years ago for all the building and projects I have managed.

I like the view to see all the assets in one screen. I like the various dimensions that can be selected.

We are unable to use the mobile app licenses provided so there are times when it is difficult to get on to the system due to licensing limitations.

There are still some things that happen with the software that we don't understand. That may be ignorance on our part.

Once you figure out the tracking system and the best way to do it, it is awesome.

It will generate work orders for you. The time and money this program will save you is unmatched.

MPulse is the software that we chose to help get our house in order and it has proven to be a very good decision. This software offers the best balance of features vs price.

No matter how good a system seems, it is only as good as the followup and support that you receive from the vendor.

All in all, this is a very robust system and the supporting personnel are very helpful when our issues or questions arise.

The software itself is user friendly and we receive good timely support when we need it.

The history it keeps is so crucial in our line of work. The most important thing to remember is the system is only as good as the information put into it.

I cannot say enough positive about Mpulse to reflect my appreciation of their commitment to their product quality and support of their customers.

Now is it easier for us to stay organized and on top of our maintenance.

Can capture a lot of data that we haven't been able to utilize but it is our problem with not having sufficient staff to do the input work.

Then it was no longer be supported so we moved up to the 7.0 and hate it.

Sometimes the software runs a little slow but I am not sure really if it is the software or an internet problem.

I will say that I have never thought the layout of the GUI was wonderful, but you can master it with a little effort.

Getting everything into the system has been a bit of a pain but the more work you put into it up front the more you get out of the long haul.

Easy to use and customize to meet specific needs. Customer rep is outstanding, rapidly answers questions and welcomes a challenge.

I have and will continue to recommend the MPulse software to anyone looking for a reliable, user friendly package.

We failed to fully implement those programs mostly due to lack of software support or training from the companies.

Pros: Technical support and training is excellent, ease of data input and system control, fantastic reports.

We like that it offers us the ability to manage out maintenance requests easily and effectively. Customers like that they get notified when the work request has been completed.
