Primavera Facilities Management Software

Primavera Facilities Management by Oracle is a comprehensive solution that combines defining, tracking, maintenance and inspection functions as part of the Oracle Unifier platform.

The maintenance management features include corrective, predictive and prevenatative maintenance capabilities with automated work orders based on configurable time-based settings or meter readings.

Space management functions help organizations maximize the use of their buildings, and the system can collect information about, assess and report on the condition of assets.

A document management feature maintains a record of document changes so all users have access to the most current version, and documents can be attached to specific project folders to make them easier to find.

They've got good deal of features for the facility management scheduling and work orders. Change Order submittings are also pretty smooth and easy.

They've got good deal of features for the facility management as mentioned above but some compatibility feature updates are missing and that's where they've got to work!
