Feedback about Saago

The system seemed simple, understandable and easy to manage. We managed to get efficiency in time-consuming tasks. Regarding the price, perhaps if you see the possibility for the customer to buy the product cheaper (connect users, etc.) then it would be very good.

PROS

We needed a system to distribute work to technicians and we also needed a unified program that would be available to everyone, easy and convenient to use. The team was positive, got used to it quickly and used it diligently.

CONS

Before the updates, there was a green checkmark moving along with the job confirmation box, after the updates it appeared in the header of the page. I recommend changing it back. The system for task fullfilment is only on the phone - it is completely impossible to add ad hoc tasks by technician, it can only be done at the computer.

Easiest property and device maintenance software I have ever seen!

We have tried out many softwares over the last 5 years, but Saago is now the main tool for us. It is very easy to use, integrate and implement this SaaS software.

PROS

Saago has very nice user interface and it is very modern. Deplyment went very easy because of this. People just started using and everything was logical.

CONS

Firstly, support was lacking but within 2 weeks they did online support and all the problems got solved after that.

Reasons for switching to Saago

Alldevice is "oldschool" and too complex - it is just very hard to use for technicians.

Very easy to use and set-up device maintenance software.

Very nice and recommend. Gave us all data to understand what is going on in our company.

PROS

I like the UI, because it is very easy and simple to understand. Not like other "monster" softwares.

CONS

In the beginning while set-uping the system you need time to understand where is what and why. Once you had that, it was very okay.

Needed more functionality and modern tools.
