  • Pros

  • Love the functionality and ability to check in on multiple projects/buildings. The software has proven to be a stable platform.
  • My job has a lot to do with work orders so to have a easy to use software is great. The mobile features are also amazing.
  • This program has been designed to be very user friendly, the staff all love the options and how quick they can submit a work order. Tracking of the progress is also a great feature.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes emails would get lost in an inbox or forgotten. Now with Tikkit, we are able to keep our work order system more organized and assignments and accountability more defined.
  • I think it is still a little limited on some of the options.
  • I wish you could drag and drop an image into the work order for time saving purposes, rather than searching on the computer/desktop for the image and attaching it that way.

  • Customer service has been terrific and we are most pleased with our decision to purchase Upkeep.
  • I love that it is so easy to use. It makes it very convenient to open the APP and enter in the issue and have someone in the appropriate department come take care of it.
  • Upkeep is very easy to use and the maintenance technicians like the ability to use it on there phones. The ease of reporting work orders when they are thinking of them makes the app valuable.
  • Cons

  • Upkeep should also have an alert text or email warning the administration that there there was no entry for the services by the repair crew that day.
  • Not a lot of options to edit how reports print out. Also frustrating to have to upload photos and documents one by one rather than be able to drag multiple documents into a work order.
  • A little confusing in its interface and with a little onboarding and a little time consuming and slow when learning.
