  • Easy to use, easy to manage and personalize, fast connection, can be integrated to any other third party applications.
  • User interface is very easy and reporting is made easy.
  • Cons

  • It can be confusing if you don't know what you are looking at.
  • The connection problems really hinder my job and waste my time.

  • Very easy to set up and manage with good controls on use, coupled with great pricing and a very responsive support staff.
  • Support is awesome; very quick to get back and always friendly. Quality is first rate; crystal clear audio.
  • Cons

  • Lack of french interface which make it difficult for some of my customers.
  • I cannot think of a missing feature, but perhaps the worst part is that there are SO many features that it could be overwhelming for some users.
