If you just need to be more productive with previewing records before clicking a button or previewing records while it is dialing then this is the best platform for this environment I have seen.

Dolphin is quite simple, very modular/customizable, and powerful. Good price to include the VoIP client as well; it's a solid all-in-one package.

Did not work well with crm and it does communicate with the other dolphin in the system.

You need to get more deals than use this sales war machine.

Mapping field tags can't be customized, therefore it makes it very difficult to map information in correct fields.

The video tutorials are great, and simple to follow. Dolphin was recommended to me and I woud definatley recommend Dophin to others.

And updating the phone list in the program is difficult.

There is a few hiccups here and there but overall pretty good. We have been using this for 4 years now.

The software is great but I love the support team the most. Fast and friendly which goes a long way.

Cons- I would give 5 stars but I need to be able to text my customers as well. Some times I have trouble mapping things so that the cell phone number comes up first and not a work number.

Doesn't require you to be a communications expert or engineer to figure it out. AND, whatever you can't figure out, their amazing Enterprise Support staff can...and they do so rather quickly.

This distressing sequence of events resulted in a devastating loss of profit for my business while we experienced multiple shut downs of our only business line of communication.

NextOS itself was difficult to learn in the beginning, but it's has a ton of benefits that has made my business communication grow rapidly. Using the soft phone app to communicate within my own phone.
