  • Pros

  • From the sales staff, technical staff and implementation staff-all have been excellent. The staff at Five9 has been helpful, patient and they have great follow-up.
  • Five 9 has a lot of great features and most of the time when you ask "can I do this" the answer is yes. The support team during installation is very helpful and knowledgeable.
  • Fast and reliable, handles prioritization of lead pipe in near realtime, flexible in setting up campaigns and rules. Inbound is also powerful, and blending in/outbound works like a charm.
  • Cons

  • It's very bad to think you've lost a call when one side or the other was just muted. You potentially leave a cell.
  • I've had them blame my OS being too old, too new, the wifi is too slow, I updated to fast. The reality is that five9 is the only software that has trouble running on my 2019 Macbook pro.
  • Now for the last four months we have been plagued with issues. Forced log outs, cant log back in.

  • I love Bright Pattern, from the beginning the demo was great, explained things in great detail. As we moved our services over to them they have been super easy to work with.
  • Very supportive and responsive; easy to work with, and always there when help was needed.
  • As an IT consultant, I recommend contact center solutions to my clients. There are a number of excellent contact center software solution providers, all with high reliability and ease of use.
  • Cons

  • The order an email thread shows is confusing. There is no option to set different signatures as we can in outlook.
  • The app has a tendency of logging off the user when it goes in idle mode, which leads to missed calls and inconveniences for the user and the client.
  • I miss API webhooks, but it is coming in the next release.
