  • Pros

  • This software is so easy to use and saves hours of time sifting through calls.
  • It will give staff confidence in their abilities whilst supporting them in areas they may require support and training.
  • Cons

  • The transcripts of the calls is poor and was a key function that was purchased.
  • UI could do with some updating, and can sometimes lag in Google Chrome as it's web-based, but not too taxing.

  • The programmers behind the software seem to understand exactly the features needed to manage an outreach team of dialers.
  • Ver efficient, ease of use and easy to maintain. The support staff is great and my rep is one of a kind, in a world of it's own.
  • Cons

  • The small screens within the dialer throws people off sometimes. The CRM system is a bit confusing at times.
  • Nothing at all whatsoever was wrong with this dialer.
