Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Love that this is so easy to use every day! It's great for logging calls and keeping track of customer interactions, click to call is very convenient.

  • Its easy and simple. All the analytics are upfront and interface is user friendly. Keeps track of my calls, inbound and outbound. Also is something I would reccomend

  • Cons

  • Sometimes when I am taking notes on a call and another call comes in it will show up on the new call instead of the call that I am working on. Not every time but this happens sometimes

  • When it does stop functioning properly, it's difficult to retroactively update. You often lose that bit of work that affects daily metrics.

  • Pros

  • Voice Quality is very good, it has very minimal call drops, Cost effective.

  • I like the fact that this software allows me to access the phone functions across multiple devices.

  • Cons

  • I wish that the features of calling a number directly from your computer were better, but honestly that doesn't impact my job too much. There are no major cons for me.

  • It can be a little bit pricey for what they offer but it really is a well built voice software so the price is worth it.
