We have been so happy with enrolmy since we began using it, it is so nice to not spend hours invoicing.

Great communication with the team. They were all willing to answer questions and made us feel like a priority.

I may work out a route but then 4 months later when I have to do it again I have forgotten and am just as lost.

There isn't much that can be done on that end unfortunately, but we had issues getting the parents contact details of the teachers.

The back end of the website is very straight forward to use and the customer service is great. If I have a problem and ask a question, I receive help in a very reasonable time frame.

I switched to Enrolmy from a previous software because it was much cheaper, and due to Covid-19 we had to cut costs where we can.

I love that the system takes care of most of my admin - booking, payment, invoicing, and comms - it has allowed my business to grow without the growing pains.

Families have found it easy to use for booking their after-school and holiday programme care. Privacy of client information has been great.

I looked around at a lot of activity management platforms, and EnrolMy was the only one focused on my area of interest.

We are currently only using it for our holiday programme but it has been great and we intend to start to use it for after school care as well eventually.

We had some problems with overdue accounts and parents leaving it until the last minute/day of the event before paying.

It real time enrollment , no need to tick off paper forms and we can see at a glance the numbers for each day.

Some parents have complained about the difficulty of reading the statements/Invoice.

At first, it was a little frustrating because of the lack of quick support.

The database is very easy to use and the support staff are very responsive to any suggestions.

The invoicing integration with Xero with easy access to activities and invoicing.

Parents who are registering and logging in are sometimes a little frustrated as it is not always obvious how and where they can change their bookings.

Hard to say as I didn't get into the details of the registration process.

When starting out enrolmy was the quickest and most efficient way I could find to create an online presence and start taking bookings for my courses.

That the tech support were able to talk me through the process, that was relatively easy, once you have used it once. Always a bit tricky to navigate a programme that you have never used.

It ticks all the boxes in terms of ease of use for us and our customers. As a new business I'm so happy to have chosen this product.

I think the software and the features are new age and offer easy to use forms and policies.

That it doesn't talk to MYOB and I have to recreate all the invoices in my MYOB system for those people who pay via internet banking into the school bank account.

Streamlined our booking and registration process for sports teams. We trialed using the Xero integration but found it was easier to continue using our own school invoicing system rather than run two.

What I dislike is that I am unable to see my kids’ checkin times or what their CURRENTLY doing, until the day is over the report is final.

My child’s daycare used it and it was so cool to use. I love the features of this app and it’s very easy to use.

I couldn’t even change my time-zone. I find it very ridiculous that I am not able to edit or manage my own account without paying for the premium service when  I have no need for the premium features.

I like the home for ongoing reporting, format is easy to read, I like the messaging capability and ability to share pictures.

Very easy to learn how to use the app and super simple to use it as well. It also has many great features as you can view pictures, lessons and even pay tuition.

As a parents, I am glad we have this tool to communicate with the daycare staffs as well as getting information, pictures and progress of our child.

It brightens my day to see how happy my child is and how much fun she is having even when she is too young to tell me in her own words.

The interface is very intuitive and it makes the very simple things that you need to do easy to do like communicating with your care providers. It has lots of great little things.

I love that I get a window into what our child is up to daily integration of video and photos plus meals. Let’s me know my son is on the right track.

Unfortunately when we had to leave the daycare (due to a move) I didn’t access the desktop version in time to save the videos, so we lost those - which I’m still a little sad about.

I love being able to track what my child is doing while I am working, without having to worry about whether or not he is happy or being taken care of properly.

Lacking some detail, information of loose or hard stools rather than just that child had a bowel movement.

You can’t put in a student our parents address we put them in notes which was odd, the billing aspect is awful you can’t connect families, no immunization record keeping.

Good support and beginning training from the company. Inexpensive tablets can be purchased to start up in center.

I like that this is a great way to have all the features you need when communicating with parents. You can send messages and even do billing.

Love that its easy to use and user friendly. Categories help when searching for photos, comments and messages.

Customer Service can't be beat. I'm not a tech person - very old school- but the helpline and customer service is the tops with this company and they won't stop until you're happy and confident.

I dislike that I am unable to see what my child ate and how long she napped for until the end of the day once the report is completed.

The ease of use and simplicity. I love being able to look back and see what my child’s day was like.
