We were forced into researching a replacement software for the sign in/out for our preschool when our previous software company stopped their app.

It’s a growing company so sometimes support can be slow, and app might crash, but you can see they’re constantly working on these problems.

The app crashes sometimes when you're on it for too long, but hasn't been happening recently, maybe the problem is already fixed.

We are excited to get using Preto3 and making our communication lines with our parents even easier.

We set up the trial program and by the end of the first day we knew we had found the perfect software for our school.

Great support staff, great energy and very knowledgable in the early education sector. I love the new online enrollment and payment system, making payment and registration so much easier.

It has addressed our needs as a small non-profit preschool and given us options that we had not considered but are now excited to incorporate in our family communication.

I love that there’s more features to keep records of immunization and also a better looking interface makes it more fun to use.

From first contact, to setup, to first registration. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an easy to use program for their registrations and management process.

Its upset many of my parents and they are under the impression that I added it onto the order unfairly.

Parent complain often that they were offered to get the membership. However our parents just use this program to register their child for the afterschool program.

ACTIVE software is very easy to use, the platform is very user friendly and the customer interface is clean.

We used Activate Educate for our summer camp enrollments and are so glad we did.

Our numbers have increased and our customers like using the product.

I dislike the financial reconciliation at the end of the year, but honestly it's probably user error.

I don't like when I call customer service and I have to repeat myself about 4 times as to who I am and where I'm from. Im upset that attendance has been down and I receive emails to use it.

Cost is a bit high and tier-based. The more you pay, the more customer service you get it seems.
