This software is very easy to use as a communication tool. I like that it is so simple to send information to parents and that they get a notification when new info is entered.

Going from writing everything down on a clipboard, to being able to input things quickly and store them, was a dream.

You can easily make a mistake. It's not easy to use and it too complex.

Alright, it's not flashy but you can see photos and notes with ease and find them quickly.

The parents have also really liked being able to connect with us throughout the day. It’s also very affordable which is great for schools.

The only real downside that I can see on the user end is the Android app tends to crash or restart when opening it.

The best thing about this software is getting updates about your child's day. It gives you peace of mind when you cannot be with them.

Parents love knowing what their children are doing throughout the day and getting pictures of their kids while they play or do fun activities.

It is an excellent tool to see how your child did that day. It lists all the important information from the daycare to the parent or guardian.

It is a wonderful tool to have for any daycare. It provides an easy way to keep parents informed without having to write it all on paper per student.

The third, the download link for videos is really hard to catch. It shows up and disappear very quickly.

Loved the idea of being able to communicate with parents while away from the facility. Parents loved the idea too.

It is so intuitive, easy to use and just a cute software. It is so easy to keep track of diapers, meals, which room everyone is, and so much more.

Benefits are ease of use and convenience. Great way to notify parents of what their child is learning, their day, and send them photos.

I like that this software is easy to use and navigate for teachers and parents.

I find it confusing to navigate between the different dates, to read the reports or see the old photos.

It is easy to use and you do not need to have software knowledge. If you need additional help, tech support is just wonderful to work with.

Tuition express is definitely an asset for my center. The ease of access makes it possible for everyone to understand and use the program.

Tuition Express is a great product to use and integrate into the Procare management system.

We did not realize that our center would be charged 3-3.5% in Merchant Fees when average is about 2.

I love the fact that the receipts are emailed, it saves on paper. My parents LOVE the emailed receipts,  how fast they can check out their children, swipe their card, and be done.

We switched exclusively to Tuition Express for child care tuition a couple of years ago. It is so easy to set parents up in ProCare using Tuition Express.

There is less time spent collecting outstanding tuition balances. The parents have access to their account information around the clock.

If I have any issues they are always there to help me troubleshoot. We have used them several times and they are awesome.

The one thing that I dislike about the software is that in the beginning, I made a few mistakes that I can't correct due to money being attached.

Tuition Express is an excellent tool to use in an industry that is so fast paced. The program is easy to navigate and has great customer support.

This system gives us automation. We are able to build better relationships with our clients because the money issue is solved.

We do not have to track clients down for payment. Most of them use the ACH option or pay from their phones.

Very difficult sometimes to find the report that I am looking for.

I like how it integrates into Kinderlime (Procare) and makes the process very seamless. It is also easy to use and makes billing simpler.

It would be great if there was a mobile app, other than that it is great.

The refund process and the documentation process for denials is too difficult to perform without technical support.

You can only book out charges two weeks in advance which is good and bad.

I like the fact that I do not have to handle money payments anymore and parents are able to submit their payments online.

I love this because it makes things more efficient. It is easy to set up and works well for someone who has fifty other things to deal with.

One of the very best things about Tuition Express and other Procare products is the extremely responsive, helpful and friendly customer service.

We would have remind the same families to pay their tuition weekly and now it is all collected automatically.

I like how easy and convenient Tuition express is. It is almost effortless to collect tuition electronically.

The ability to work with professionals who are knowledgeable about their product when I need help is extremely reassuring.

Super easy to use, the reports are nice,  fingerprint check in is great at keeping track of who sign in & out the children.
