Pros
- I love the feature that keeps up with weekly giving (deposits). Also, the financial side as far as reconciling is very good also.
- We were able to get the free version first, to know whether we wanted to invest in getting it with support. Fairly simple to get set-up initially... as well as easy to use weekly.
Cons
- Navigation in the Banking function is difficult.
- I was a bit confused when developing a new budget structure last year.
Pros
- It's very intuitive with a good layout, good screen prompts and useful online help. The reports I use (contribution statements, various other reports on contributions) are clear and flexible.
- IconCMO is very thorough in its application but the best thing is their customer service. I have been a customer for about 6 years and over the years have reached out numerous times for help.
Cons
- The only thing I dislike about this software is not being able to rewrite or reorganize some of the reports.
- I've had trouble finding the search function to look up a journal entry, and I have trouble searching anonymous cash gifts.
