I hate calling support because it's so frustrating. Unless you have someone in your office who understands databases, then don't waste your time and money.

The customer service and ability to customize reports for the church works great though.

The real best database size is nice. Also the pricing for specific tears was something we found beneficial as we were not a mega church.

Overall, we have been pleased with member tracking, volunteer assignments, and groups created. Customer Service is most often quick to respond.

It's a big commitment up front financially and for all staff to learn the system. Long-term, though, it's a great investment if you need a broad system to manage many congregants.

As this software helps to manage and communicate with church members, it would be very nice to have the texting feature as a part of the basic F1 package.

When working with larger quantities of groups or peoples, you were able to apply a mass action which saved a lot of time.

There's not enough space for me to list my complaints about F1. It is by far the hardest program I've ever had to work with, and after three plus years, I still don't know how to get a decent report.

Data is easy to enter and profile information is easy to view at a glance. There is a bit of a learning curve with reporting, but that is to be expected with any software that is new to you.

It was easy to use, straightforward and an excellent data base for keeping records of all attendees.

We don't have to worry about mainting the software on our server. We can access it from anywhere we have internet.

I experienced a problem with F1 on April 4, 2014. I was able to sign in to F1 but unable to move around.

The interface is simple but it looks ok and the information displayed after you log in is helpful since it provides a snapshot of what's going on in your congregation.

Even though there are a vast number of Core reports that can be customizable, it is oftentimes difficult to get the exact information that is needed on a report.

From sales to customer service, the experience with F1 and ministry brands is bad. You are constantly having to pursue them and their staff is rude.

The downside for us was the lack of flexibility that some of the features had, and the lack of new features being released in a timely manner.

I find it clunky and poor at best. It does accomplish the basics.

It is fairly customizable in regards to fields available. And, has a great report library.

I'm not sure that I have anything relevant to say about a dislike.

Since almost any electronic service for churches is a competing product, that means F1 doesn't really integrate well with anyone.

Overall - this has been a great church management software.

We even purchased wrong equipment because we were misinformed about what we needed.

My only negative is that there are so many reports, well over 1,000, that I have trouble sometimes finding just the report that will give me the information the I need.

Customer service is great - you can speak to a real human being and problems are solved quickly.

We absolutely hated working with the support team and the software itself.

Functionality is really good. Access to the data via API is great and getting better with every new API realm.

We aren't solving any problems with F1. In fact, it's creating problems for those of us who have to work with the program.

Customer support and especially the billing department caused us many problems. The software is expensive and the contract will nickel & dime you if you try to leave early.

The integration is horrible, getting to anything takes 1000 steps and then you most likely will have to do it again. Nothing is easy or intuitive at all.

Fellowship One is extremely difficult to manage. It is a  nightmare to set up due to all of the steps.

Ita the most wonderful and fantastic product to use to text people.

The opportunity to follow-up with people through text is great.

The customer service is great, I am just unsure how we are going to like it moving forward because of the before mentioned issues.

It is easy to use and makes it so easy to communicate with our attendees.

Overall we are pleased and believe that our purposes to reach out to first-time guests are being served.

I am having a hard time putting in new uses because the timing has me a little confused. We also have tried the plan my visit on our website but so far no one has used it.

Help and suppport are quick and easy to talk with when needed. The groups are easy to setup and use.

I also LOVE the groups! you don't have to go in and select each person each time hoping you don't forget anyone! you can just click the group you want, one click! easy peasy.

The ease of use to send out a mass text to everyone in the congregation as a reminder is a great tool. Also, to organize meetings and events with a smaller core of people it is an awesome tool.

There was too much communication and it took forever to cancel. Then the emails were non stop.

Inability to use short code when choosing sending number.

It was the best investment we made in engaging with guests and communicating with our congregation.

We continue to use it because options are quite limited when it comes to this type of program.

I love that it integrates with the main database I use for our church. I love that I can schedule things things to go out and not have to worry about it again.

The workflow is one of their greatest features. Once the workflow is setup you do not have to continue to setup up messages, it's automatically done for you.

It's the best investment we've made for our church and it continues to grow and improve providing the best features you could ask for.

I love this product - it’s fun and it’s working to develop relationships necessary for increases engagement.

For the price, it's a really great for automation.

Problems with Church Management Software integration (Church Community Builder).

Ease of use and ability to communicate with our congregation.

It is a great way to send out text messages, emails to individuals as well as specific groups within your church community.

The App, limitation with custom links and inability’s to set specific permissions for isers added.

If there is anything to complain about it that the software does not notify you via text/email of interaction. You must be in the software/app to get notifications.

It is clear that TIC thought through just about everything that is relevant to excellent guest follow-up. Automated workflows allow detailed communication with people.

We are very happy with this software. It is allowing us to be connected to so many of our congregation with minimal time invested.

Text in Church customer service is incredible & I very much loved their option to help in getting all my forms set up so all I had to do was go in and customize.

They are always helpful and quick to answer any questions or concerns that I have.

I love that I can communicate with groups of people but there is individual and personal interaction. I love that you can see who opted out of further messages and am able to update my main database.

It integrates with our Church Management Software. The training that the give with it is awesome.

Fairly simple to learn and use most if not all of the functions. What you don't understand they provide quick and easy support with an amazing team that replies extremely fast to messages.
