  • Pros

  • The ease of exporting to Excel for those who want to maintain their spreadsheets is also wonderful.
  • I've always had a great experience with everyone from the sales team to the support staff. Fun people with a great work ethic and sense of humor.
  • The financial reports are helpful to our accounting department. We have used this program for many years and it has been getting better and more useful as we learn more on how to use it ourself.
  • Cons

  • It got to be very confusing to me to navigate the system. I felt that it took too many clicks to find what you are looking for, and difficult to RE- navigate myself back to find the information again.
  • No rush no urgency they caused an issue that is impacting all the businesses using this product.
  • Since establishing our business relationship with Clinical Conductor we have been able to track our receivables and collect thousands of dollars we would have otherwise lost.

  • LeadSquared has been exceptionally good and has been evolving continuously to give us more features and options. My teams love the ease of use, the design and the continuously evolving new features.
  • We were very lucky to find LeaddSquared the other almost identical services at a fraction of the cost. Their customer service is fantastic and you really feel they want to help you grow your business.
  • As an agency, you can enjoy some fantastic features and benefits. Would highly recommend this software.
  • Cons

  • Server issues most of the time. May loose the lead activities.
  • Fast in taking money - all advance for 6 months - prepaid - no option to really test for a month or 2 before you really buy their service. After Purchase no delivery of the end product.
  • Long Implementation and Setup Process, Poor Support.
