Overall, this is an excellent application that helps you stay organized when managing a trial.

Searching can improve, this is the only bad thing I cant think of.

Customer Service is great but sometimes the turn around for answers to questions can be longer than expected.

This application is very helpful for managing a clinical trial comprehensively. I use it more for daily visits and scheduling.

I've always had a great experience with everyone from the sales team to the support staff. Fun people with a great work ethic and sense of humor.

The system is very easy to navigate and user friendly.

Additionally, the support team is wonderful, and are always available to help answer questions and provide training on how to use the application.

We can block time in a similar manner if we need to book a conference room for a monitor meeting.

It can be a little confusing to use sometimes.

Would absolutely recommend to different people.

The interface looks good and it fairly easy and intuitive for navigate for the most part. I like the training that is available.

Since establishing our business relationship with Clinical Conductor we have been able to track our receivables and collect  thousands of dollars we would have otherwise lost.

This program stores a lot of info , is easy to learn and maneuver, ability to do A LOT simply.

It got to be very confusing to me to navigate the system. I felt that it took too many clicks to find what you are looking for, and difficult to RE- navigate myself back to find the information again.

It’s a bit hard to learn at first, there’s so much you can do with it.

Being able to see what my business is accruing financially at any given time, day or night, is awesome. Being able to determine at what capacity my staff is operating at has been huge.

The financial reports are helpful to our accounting department. We have used this program for many years and it has been getting better and more useful as we learn more on how to use it ourself.

For the most part, it is worth the money and I would definitely recommend it to people.

It is continuing to meet the needs of its customers and continues to ask what they can do better.

Reporting tool- JReview and Clinical Coder for coding comes handy whereas Clinical Studio can be integrated with any PV tool which is flawless.

Great for studies needing fast start-up and a simple but effective EDC option.

It has the ability to be flexible with many aspects of different types of studies, and has a wide range of reporting features as well as audit reports.

Overall, TrialKit is a great product. With it's ease of use,  time from study start to go live is a smaller window of time than other software I have worked with.

Their goal is to support clinical research with cost-effective, easy-to-use solutions, and that is exactly what they do.

They are eager to improve the customer's experience and are implementing improvements based on our feedback.

We have been able to integrate the platform easily within our clinical processes and customer service has been exceptional.

Customer Service: Amazing response within seconds. Coding & Reporting: Standalone tools and reports are pulled in seconds in xml.

Our clients also seem pleased with the system, as the majority of our previous studies were managed using paper forms. The switch from paper CRFs to utilizing this EDC has been wonderful.

It is often difficult to use. Making _ipad _iphone forms from the original.

The process of working with the Crucial team was and continues to be seamless. It was easy to obtain/access the software.

The only thing I don't like is on the dashboard report you cannot filter by more than one site at a time.

Save as draft function for CRFs. Payment manager capabilities.

Building reports hasn't been the easiest but it is doable.

Our business needed a cost-effective, easy-to-use solution that could support data capture for a complex, large-scale, global, medical device registry.

Robust and intuitive, the system is great now and constantly being improved upon based on increased usage.

We are still in development phase, so no experience with lots of different users.

Reviews from the sites are that they enjoy working from platform and that it is more user friendly other EDC platforms that they have used.

We are using clinical studio for 3 clinical studies for medical device company. So far the experience has been good.

Budget: I must say that one can use the EDC which is economical. Integration: Can integrate with other safety database to pull the reports.

Customer Support is quick to respond with professional, personal care taken to address any issues I encounter throughout the life of my studies.

Intuitive and straightforward for building databases and end user use. The support is extremely responsive and helpful.

The product is very user-friendly and intuitive with simple icon legends and a detailed, informative help desk.

It has been good so far. The Clinical Studio team responds very quickly and is good at updating on the status of questions/projects.

Adaptable to needs, useful for different size and complexity of trials, hands-on support.

I'm extremely satisfied and don't understand why anyone would use any of the extremely expensive alternatives.
