Excellent cloud based platform providing seamless document management capabilities. Scalable system with ease of with ease of assigning roles and responsibilities.

The Veeva PromoMats UI is intuitive & easy to learn for reviewers/approvers.

There's enough UI bugs that lead me to believe that much of my frustration is Veeva's responsibility.

I am very much satisfied with Veeva Vault RIM and I would surely recommend others to use it.

There are drag areas for files that do not always work.

Hard to tell how much of my experience is related to my companies configuration or implementation.

I've never seen it crash, and the interface is intuitive and easy to use. I've also heard that their tech support is very good (although I've never needed to use the tech support personally).

Veeva is a single platform that can be used for the approvals across the various functions. The system has been much easier to use than our previous system, as the UI is more current & easy to use.

Experience is good for maintaining documents and integrate it  to another System.

Poor search functionality; for a content management solution search functionality is vital. If it fails on this, it's dead in the water.

Using this software help the clinical team manage all the document more easily.

The ability to link reference documents (clinical studies, journal publications, etc.) within the job allows quick access to pertinent material.

I think this application is good for task and document tracking. People can upload documents and review then and collaborated.

Overall this has been great for sharing documents between sites such that all employees are kept up to date with latest document releases.

Veeva Vault has good features that are standard across the board, but they also integrate well with each other and allow a lot of extra features through customization.

I like how customizable this software is - there are seemingly endless metadata options.

I use this software at work on occasion, and so far my experience with it has been mostly positive.

The overall experience with the reps has been a pleasure going above and beyond to find solutions to any issues that we may have.

This software was easy to learn with informative instructional training videos. If I have a question or suggestion, customer service always responds timely and makes me feel important.

Their customer support team is one of the best I've encountered. They are consistently friendly and knowledgeable.

The ease of use and the availability for help. We have interns and some staff who only use RealTime for specific things, like referencing the calendar, or scheduling appointments.

Recruitment features and reporting capabilities are excellent.

We love from a recruitment aspect that most of our efforts are integrated with RealTime.

On top of all this, the customer support is fantastic, and they even help us make changes in the system when requested. Realtime is the way a CTMS should be done.

Hard to enter a refund if the sponsor overpays.

We want to utilize the RealTime-Text feature but are concerned that many patients would get confused with the military time format.

Overall this is a great product. Most importantly, they continually request feedback and look for opportunities to improve.

The eSource, eDocs and invoicing features are intuitive, functional and help streamline our processes.

The overall experience has been great and there are still a lot more awesome features that we still have to add on over time.

Navigating on a web-based platform can be a little slower than a desktop install at times, even on a quick connection, but I would say the convenience of connecting outweighs the downside.

From Recruiters, Coordinators, Regulatory, and  Managers  all use this  system with ease.

It is set up custom to your site. The training is scheduled with your staffs availability and is very efficient, precise, effective and clear.

Also could use an undo button - I was entering a study and got everything entered and accidentally deleted it and had to start all over.

The system is very user friendly and intuitive.

Form day one it has been WONDERFUL. I enjoy the progress the company continues to make, which in turn benefits my research site, and the costs keep low.

We have had a great experience with RealTime. I feel it's easy to navigate and sadly we probably are not using it to it's fullest extent.

Most systems have you frustrated for the first several months getting used to little quirks. This system is so easy to use that frustration has not been an issue.

The great thing about this software is all the features offered to help keep everything from appointments to business affairs in check.

They are always finding ways to improve the user experience and being having great customer support team each step of the way.

There is very little that I dislike. Perhaps being able to customize reports.

The new customized reloadable cards that we give our patients are a wonderful addition and has saved us lots of time and money, plus take us to a new level of professionalism.
