Pros/Cons
Pros
- Chronogolf has been such an amazing experience. We have an App curated from them and it has been working fantastic.
- Reporting and statistical information is wonderful and easy to access. Has wonderful features for promotions that work great especially if you have punch cards or multiple round deals.
- Lightspeed Restaurant - a good way to manage a restaurant / bar in an efficient and effective manner. Promo Codes - are a great way to track and manage promotions and discounts for customers.
Cons
- Paying multiple players at the same time sluggish. That online booking is either all or nothing for the client to pay online.
- Only con would be the fear of our internet being down and if that is the case not being able to run the proshop in the meantime. That is a risk to take for a great cloud based software.
- Not being able to edit once booked, no scorecards, cannot add a guest and sometimes the app was overloaded and ran slow.
Pros
- The quality and breadth of features is excellent. The design and capabilities are well-thought-out, making the solution intuitive and extremely useful for many critical needs.
- We have been incredibly happy with PlayMetrics and have had an excellent experience, from the sales process through deployment.
- Working with the entire PlayMetrics staff has been a pleasure since day 1. They are knowledgeable, responsive and extremely supportive.
Cons
- It would cut down on the amount of refunds that we have to process for the sibling discounts as our teams are all formed at different times throughout the month of June.
- Communication portal between parents and coaches and staff is a bit confusing at first. But once you figure out where to go all the features are there.
- It renders a few features a little hard to use, but with some planning, you can work around this limitation fairly easily.
