Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Ease of use, great client interface, Makes it easy for clients to go in and reserve classtimes and space.

  • I like the ease of using it. Anytime I have an issue the crew is always quick to help and fix it. I appreciate the cost. I have a small affiliate and the cost is affordable​.

  • Cons

  • Right now I have no cons...it does all I need. I m sure as time goes on and I get more into the feature I may have some cons.

  • Sometimes i can get lost in the software but still great and when we have issues the push press customer service is wonderful.

  • Pros

  • Support team is great, and really helps in the on boarding process. They are very fast in response time and give many options for helping solve situations.

  • Extremely user friendly. I could figure out how it worked quite easily and i am not a tech Wiz which I found to be quite pleasing.

  • Cons

  • I think emailing clients out of the ZenPlanner could be a bit better designed. The function itself works but it's not as simple to use as the rest of the system.

  • The app looks and feels a little dated. The browser experience is better, but could also use some fresh designs so it doesn't feel like a legacy product.
