Lacking several must have features that my new software program has. Also had numerous occasions where I cancelled a client but they continued to get charged through Upperhand.

It looks great, and creating events is very easy.

As we get our business off the ground it has been great exploring the various features, and we are excited about the customer experience we'll be able to provide thanks to the software's ease of use.

The complete lack of customization and available software and/or plugins (parent/child accounts, financial and administrative dashboards).

Overall a very good product reasonably priced and very good customer service.

My overall experience has been the most frustrating thing I have ever encountered in the business world because of lack of training.

The software is pretty easy for customers to use, and we have a lot more customers doing their own account management vs. asking me to do it like they did with our last CRM.

UpperHand support has been outstanding. We are new to the system, but any questions we have had are quickly and easily answered by the support system here.

When we have issues it is difficult to get a response from upperhand the same day and no phone support offered is awful as not everything can be handled by email 2-3 days later.

Doing memberships can be a pain and not as user friendly.

I love the ease of setting up programs and clinics. The software is great for creating clinics with easy to understand prompts.

I like the functionality of the quick scheduling tool. Makes it easy to schedule without going through the loops of POS.

Ease of use and ability to set up the camps and clinics we need on the software.

Many of the features are limited, i.e. it has a payroll tracker, but no payroll integration, or it has accounting functions, but not ones that are actually usable from an accounting perspective.

Our move to Upper Hand has been very good, overall. We're spending less money for better functionality with their software.

Overall I have had a very good experience with upper hand their customer service support is extremely efficient.

Ease for parents to register for our camps and programs improved for our business. We still use software for private training business since it’s not as user friendly for upper hand.

Its a coin flip whether I’ll be able to complete a purchase or book an event with out the window dropping.

I like how it is easy to use for all users, the reports and controlling my price for online tee times. The support team are great to work with and handle any problem you might have.

We all know that questions, issues and glitches arise at the most in opportune time or when everything quiets down late into the evening.

When software updates occur, we have some trouble getting the staff use to those updates.

I couldn't be more pleased with the addition of Club Caddie at our golf course. We are saving so much money and yet getting a much superior service.

This allowed our staff to quickly gain the confidence and understanding needed to go live and as we progressed; their support team was always available and very capable which is understatedly huge.

It fulfills our needs and I appreciate that they are constantly looking for ways to improve -- even if that means having to find and deal with areas where the software is deficient.

The member billing seems to be the area that I struggle with at times to integrate with our processes.

Would love to see it work with fast internet speeds.

Customer support and my account manager are fantastic. The software is very intuitive and the back end has a multitude of features.

It has been a very crazy 2 seasons thus far with what has been going on.

I am happy that we went with Club Caddie. It was a much more affordable option than some of the larger Golf Course Management software companies.

Everything has been awesome with ClubCaddie from the start. We had them come out to our location and help implement the software ON SITE! which was huge.

Their team has been very helpful from the start and continue to reach out and ask ways to make the system better.

We utilize their online tee sheet as well as their credit card processing partner. Everything works together in harmony and has proven to be cost effective and efficient.

Customer Support is outstanding. Whenever we have a question, they are available including nights and weekends.

Specifically, there is currently no device in the software to handle Cart Ride or Greens Fee Punchcards.

Club Caddie isn't a one size fits all. I liked that we weren't overwhelmed with features and kits/components that we did not need; therefore, we found it very adaptable, customizable and intuitive.
