The limited options for the tech accounts provide me with extra work editing their times.

This software is very user friendly and fairly easy to navigate. It is a great improvement from our previous work order and inventory system.

Mobile apps and the ability to track labor and costs. Not to mention spare parts and inventory.

The connector tools seems to be broken. I have had several issue with this.

With unlimited users I am able to expand to more than just my maintenance responsibilities. The ease of use and price make this the best CMMS on the market in my opinion.

This software is very easy to use in comparison to others on the market. I like the fact that their is a lot of possibilities to customize the data.

There are areas I do not use due to other software packages that are in our organization. Customer support has been very good.

Ability to put in meter readings is terribly painful. You cant add parts while in a workorder.

Overall Asset Essentials has been an incredible tool to show accountability for work orders on multiple levels from the techs, to requesters, to locations and even assets that are problematic.

Couple this program with InventoryEdge, a separate module, but well integrated functional step up into a more sophisticated asset maintenance program.

Asset Essentials has a very easy to use platform and mobile app. It allows my technicians to stay on the move across our 5 facilities.

Overall, the transition team was prepared and extremely helpful.

I am very pleased with the software and it's capabilities. It would be nice to maybe have some videos on how to customize the screens.

Also having to close with an X the product updated it awful. It should go away not linger there.

I only use the mobile app if there is no way for me to use the browser-based software. I have not tried third party scanners with it.

It's a pain to locate my  items. I can completely fill out everything in my columns and nothing appears in my search.

With the number of tags we've purchased in the last couple of years, we have yet to pay for Asset Tiger. Customer service is very respective to suggestions and quick to respond.

The ease of set up from the ground up. We did not have any asset tracking prior to finding this software and it has been great.

We switched from EZOfficeInventory primarily because of the user experience. If the UI is easy to use, then we will use it more (and keep our database up to date).

Certainly worth considering and an automatic if you purchase asset tags anyhow.

That it is free and it is easy to use. I was able to import all my assets from my spreadsheet I had been using.

After trying AssetTiger, there was no going back. We quickly and easily imported all our assets, customized the database to add fields we needed and haven't regretted it since.

There are so many options that I get tired of looking through them. Wonderful customer service.

We chose this, partially for the low cost (free-  it's good and it's free!?!)  While we aren't where we want to be with signing things out and returning them, yet, that is a goal also.

I would like to see Active Directory integration for employees.

The ability to check out assets to an individual. Sending an email to the person when the asset was checked in.

I like that it's web-based so I can access my inventory from anywhere. It's also easy to use and has many features that I like.

After purchasing and using several expensive solutions, and after being frustrated with AssetPanda, I happened across AssetTiger accidentally. It was the find of the year.

The staff at Asset Tiger provide great customer support. Asset Tiger is a valuable addition to our group.

Some tables are exportable, but no relational elements are provided (e.g. primary key). There is no backup function available.

The user experience really makes a difference when keeping track of assets and an organized database, which as a result, keeps the asset management up to date.

Having a very difficult time getting the bar code reader to work, it has to be used only in the app and for now my cell phone; this sucks.

All together very nice tool and cost effective for SMBs as well as for large enterprises.

This produce is amazing on its own, but add the incredible pricing and it's a hidden gem.

I got asset tags from  myassettag.com and ended up with this wonderful software to support me after the purchase.

There are some features I'd like to see, but no dislikes at the moment.

Reporting is easy to customize. The cost is very reasonable and, if you purchase asset tags through them you get credits towards Asset Tiger.

It's definitely better than our previous method which was google sheets.
