  • Pros

  • This produce is amazing on its own, but add the incredible pricing and it's a hidden gem.
  • The ease of set up from the ground up. We did not have any asset tracking prior to finding this software and it has been great.
  • Ease of use, amazing amount of features for being free, web/phone app integrate very well, intuitively designed.
  • Cons

  • After purchasing and using several expensive solutions, and after being frustrated with AssetPanda, I happened across AssetTiger accidentally. It was the find of the year.
  • It's a pain to locate my items. I can completely fill out everything in my columns and nothing appears in my search.
  • Some tables are exportable, but no relational elements are provided (e.g. primary key). There is no backup function available.

  • I have been so pleased with the whole process of using the maintenance care system. It has completely transformed my work and work place for the better.
  • We have found support to be both helpful and responsive when we needed help. Once the maintenance scheduling gets built, it helps keep us on task.
  • Perfect tool for the task. Great experience and ease of use.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes we have to leave a task as pending as we have parts on order or other, but they have no way of being notified that we've been there, temporarily fixed it and ordered parts.
  • The usability of the app (there is no way to search)Also, no way for 3rd parties to search the request look-up page list.
  • Maintaining over 850,000 square feet with a staff of 40 had proven to be difficult without a CMMS system.
