User Friendly Cerdaac
I like working on Cerdaac, it has helped me a lot to find certs and information I needed on a tool.
PROSI like that I can create reports and have them ran for just my location plus others. It make finding tools quicker.
CONSI just don't know what all reports can be created.

Honest Review
I use Cerdaac daily to track items within our facility. It helps me keep track of which department items are located. I do not use the reports function much.
PROSEase of use and the ability to track both Simco calibrated items and items calibrated by other sources including internal. Also the support provided by [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN].
CONSThe inability to search and find items with known information.

Mostly the ability to track internal and OEM calibrated items and be able to upload those certs.

We did not like the service and support from our previous calibration source.

Using Simco Software package
ease of use, local calibration lab generally helps speed up turnaround times for items in my database, pretty good certificates.
PROSCERDAAC was easy to learn and apply within our company, its a good database.
CONSIt would be better if the calibration information was linked better when trying to review it in the making of a calibration certificate, you cant see your information side by side to fill in the blanks for printing a calibration certificate.

Makes my job much easier to control
It help my job to keep track of everything, as what is due, what is in process, vendors, departments, users, everything is there, there is no need of having different softwares, CERDAAC is complete.
PROSThe possibility to customize the reports, all kind of reports to present to upper management to be updated about our calibration health within the company
CONSI have no complaints. The only thing maybe would be the possibility to access video trainings about the software, that would be nice to access.

Because being a complete software, no need to have different software to keep track of the assets and its status.
