Click Maint has been great to work with. From our first contact, demo and trial, their team was very responsive. Once we purchased, their support team got us set up and trained and using the software within a week.

Click Maint is very easy to work with. We really needed something simple to track requests and work orders and the odd preventive maintenance. The mobile app was an added bonus. Not something that we thought we would need. But now we use it all the time.

The best thing about this software was how fast it was to set up and start using. I used a CMMS in the past (it's been a while). This is night and day.. I really was hesitant about looking into these systems because of my past experience. Click Maint is inexpensive and really easy to use. We were doing work orders after the first kick-off call with their onboarding specialist.

It's not the best for tracking tools. There is no check-in check-out. But that is fine. We can use the assets module and inventory module. Other than that, it's great.
